Tech Wizard - Slicing is her arena of choice, but if it's got a chip in it, or programming of any kind, Jeong can likely make it sit up and beg.
Eye See You - As well as functioning much like a HUD, Jeongs cybernetic eyes can take pictures and videos, as well as switching to different wavelengths
Handy - Jeongs cybernetic hand is basically a Swiss Army knife of any tool a Slicer on the go might need

APPEARANCE:
Jeong Hye is perfectly presented at all times. Attractive yet tasteful. Classy. Perfectly coiffured hair, nails, designer dresses or appropriately feminine suits. Jewellery that accents without being crass. The petite raven haired beauty is after all the bait her father intends to use to gain access to more credits or more resources.
Zero Overdrive uses too much eyeliner and not much else. Her clothes are revealing and on the wild side. Her hair is largely left to do what it wants. She wears thigh highs or combat boots. Her nail polish is not only black, it's probably chipped. She likes and will wear animal print and leather, and there's not s damn thing anyone can do about it.
BIOGRAPHY:
Jeong Hyes parents were fairly old when they had her, even in a galaxy with anti-aging treatments. Her mother died not long after her birth, though privately Jeong feels this may have been to escape her father. She was largely raised by an assortment of protocol and tutor droids, as her father kept himself immersed in his business.
This was partially because Dae-Sung Hye was an absolutely dedicated, ruthless businessman who did not even feel the need to take a day off when his wife died, and partially because coming from an ultra conservative old fashioned family, he felt both women and children should be seen and not heard. A son would have been an eventual heir. A daughter could only be of use by marrying someone with worth. As such as long as Jeong looks and acts the way he believes is proper and marries when he says, he is content to have little to nothing to do with her.
Jeong for her part is brilliant. Left alone with nothing but droids, it is no surprise her abilities were channeled into technology. Slicing in particular. Bored, frustrated and lonely, she has become increasingly more daring.
By day she is the quiet, subdued heiress, but by night she is the slicer Zero Overdrive, and is quickly becoming infamous. Unbeknownst to her father, she has had her eyes and one hand replaced with cybernetic simulacrum, each virtually indistinguishable from her natural versions but aiding her silent underground war in some fashion.
