The Shadow Armor is used for protection and flexibility in all situations of combat/battles/War etc. Etc.

the Shadow Armor is several layers, the first being armor weave body glove which goes from the ankles all the way up to the neck. Over the armor weave body give rest a full skin tight flex armor body suit that as the same as the armor weave suit goes from the neck to the ankles, both suits also reach down the arms to the wrist. The gloves are 2 layers and are the same as the body suit, first layer is armor weave with flex armor over it and a attached duraplast plate infused with Durasteel on the top of the hands.

The duraplast plates are infused with Durasteel, wrapped around the chest and back, shoulders, upper and lower arms, hands, thighs, calves, and feet are completely covered. The helmet is also made solely out of duraplast infused with Durasteel, and is fitted perfectly with the users head and has extra padding inside to protect against falls or collisions with the head.

The rest of the armor is all worn on top of the normal armor (such as the utility belt), and the extra ammo pouches are located on the utility belt. The standard issue hunting knife is carried in a sheath on the back of the utility belt, each set of armor includes a pauldron those with rank with have a different colored Jen'ari Empire emblem such as sergeants will have a blue emblem while officers will have a red emblem while the standard Troopers had no emblem. The utility belt also comes with a long holster for standard issued Blaster Rifles. The thermal detonator treated on the back of the utility belt.

I assume this is meant to be your faction's rendition of Stormtrooper armor, based on appearance and materials. However you're requesting quality 8 at mass production with the same materials used in stormtrooper armor. Below is a quote of the Quality portion of the armor template, with the portion pertaining to stormtrooper armor highlighted in red.
Quality: (Armor class is a measure of general stopping power. Most light armors would be classified as 1-4, most medium armors would be classified as 5-7, and most heavy armors would be classified as 8-10. However, rare or primitive materials, among other factors, can also affect armor class. For example, stormtrooper armor would be class 5, Mandalore's armor or beskar'kandar would be class 10, and a specially forged suit of personal armor for a high-ranking Force user could be anywhere from class 6-9 or thereabouts, depending on how much effort went into it. Many people choose lower armor classes for their custom armor in a trade off for more powerful equipment or specialized resistances, or simply for more mobility.)
I'll need quality dropped to at most 6, or production dropped significantly.
