Jedi ships as of May 2015

I threw together this list - a few fighters, several transports, and a handful of mobile academies - almost three years ago. Some of these ships are still worth exploring, and most are probably available secondhand here or there.

There is also the Bastila Shan, it was Galactic Republic but was designed for the Jedi.

[Matsu Ike]

there is a few from sasori, a semi unique meditation ship that makes darksiders uneasy to be near, a 3km lightside nexus and a number of sasori ships have synthweave within them to connect to jedi.... also the library. I'll get you links jon
