>Battle-Meditation: Though Jaxton has only recently begun training in the force, he is very natural with the practice of Battle-Meditation, and naturally exerts a small, unrefined boost of confidence to his teammates when competing. This can be a double edged sword however, for if Jaxton doesn’t believe he can succeed, or he starts doubting himself, he brings his teammates down with him.
>Pheromone Exertion: As a Zeltron Jaxton can use his pheromones to become more persuasive and lighten moods.

>'Athletic smart': Jaxton knows exactly how to get his body to do what he wants it too, and hence can learn new physical exercises, such as saber training or hand-to-hand combat, with remarkable quickness, as well as adapt to opponent's melee tendencies very swiftly.
>Weak at mid-long range: Jaxton has trouble with the more telekinetic side of the Force, and isn't a good shot with a gun or rifle. If Jaxton can't close in on somebody, it's hard to him to hit them.

BIOGRAPHY:
Jaxton was born to a Zeltron dancer in the slums of Corellia and never knew who his father was growing up. As he grew up he was always the biggest, tallest, and fastest kid on the block, so he naturally plugged himself into whatever sport was being played at whatever park he was closest to at the time. Jaxton ended up becoming rivals with an Echani boy named Rusantis, who was only kid who could race, wrestle, fight, or play with him and give him a good match. The two gained a mutual respect for one another and became friends, and began doing everything with each other.

After he hit 11 he was already 6-foot, and while his size made him a good bit of friends, it made several of the other kids jealous of him and his abilities, so Jaxton ended up joining a gang Rusantis had joined because he wanted people to stop ganging up on him, and because he wanted to feel like a part of a family in a way his washed up mother never gave him. As a result for the next four years Jaxton was constantly getting in trouble for fighting with other gangs, selling and using various spices, and being disorderly in general. All of that ended after a gang fight when somebody pulled a blaster and shot Rusantis square in the face, killing him.

Jaxton was shell-shocked by the loss of a friend he had known for his entire life. He pulled out of the gangs, not wanting to lose somebody else, and began focusing more on sports, specifically Grav-Ball. He went to his General Education academy’s Grav-Ball coach and begged for a spot on the team, and the coach told him “I’d love to have you, but you’ll need to clean yourself up. No more gangs, no more drugs.” Jaxton began to practice with the team, weaned himself off of spice, did everything he could to stay away from his old gang, and got a tattoo on his right arm that said “For Rusantis” so he would remember why he was cleaning himself up. A year later the coach thought he was finally ready to play and gave him the starting job.

And Jaxton dominated. Jaxton knew that somehow he would always win. Beyond his athleticism, things simply seemed to go his favor. His team played better when he was in the arena, more motivated, more cohesive, more decisive. After two years of playing the game Jaxton was 18 and had a scholarship to play Grav-Ball at the Corellia Pilot’s academy. When he got there he learned how to fly freighters, cruisers, fighters, battleships, you name it, and he got to do it while playing a game he loved.

Three years came along, and Jaxton’s record on the court wasn’t perfect, but it was close, and many thought him the best player in the game, so he left school early, and began playing professionally for his home team the Corellia Rouges. Even though he was young, and even though he was playing against athletes that could finally match him, Jaxton still found ways to win. When the sector playoffs came Corellia leapfrogged one team after another until the Semi-Finals. In a close match against the Hapes Monarchs a Hapan slammed into him and broke his left hand. Jaxton didn’t play well for the rest of the match and Corellia ended up losing the match in the last 2 minutes of the game. Jaxton had surgery, soaked up in some bacta, and then felt miserable for the next month over losing the game. “It was my fault” Jaxton thought to himself, “I should have been stronger.”

About a month later Jaxton was at the bachelor’s party of a fellow teammate when he was offered some glitterstim. Jaxton, feeling depressed, decided that glitterstim wasn’t such a bad idea, and took it. Jaxton began to feel better about himself, and began buying a kilo every three months.

The next season Jaxton went off, even more unstoppable than before. Defense was second nature, scoring was effortless, his teammates fed off of him and his energy like nothing before and the Corellia Rouges ended up defeating the Coruscant Ambassadors in the Sector Bowl finals. Jaxton thought that after the victory he would feel better about himself, but all he felt was empty, like there was something better for him out there. So he found his solace in spice, and fell deeper into his addiction.

The next three seasons were more of the same. Jaxton played, won, and had lots of fun doing it, but when he wasn’t playing it felt wrong. He realized all of his play seemed simply natural to him. His athleticism, his hard work, he wasn’t winning because of that. He was winning because he was Jaxton Ravos, and somehow his achievements and championships became expected of himself instead of something he took pride in Jaxton’s life became a cycle of practice/workouts, win games, spice when he’s out. Finally Jaxton had had enough, and decided it was time he learned what what he needed to do with his life, and why he played as well as he did. After a half-drunk half-high conversation with a large Zabrak gambler Padfar Fain, Jaxton decided that perhaps the Jedi Order could help him realize who he was, and what he needed to do. Once Jaxton got to the Jedi Temple on Coruscant, he was directed to a sly Jedi woman by the name of Karen Roberts, who showed Jaxton that he was a Force-Sensitive, and accepted him as a student to train on the planet Tython, where Jaxton currently resides.

After a short while Jaxton got called up by the then Senator of Corellia to exterminate a problem, a superweapon station designed by an ancient race and reconstructed by an alliance between Corellian Officials and Sith that enslaved millions of Killiks and force them to build the monstrocity known as Centerpoint. After hiring a few mercenaries very discreetly Jaxton managed to take Centerpoint from the Sith, but the station was set to selfdestruct, and it was lost, along with a few million Killik. This drifted on Jaxton gravely, but he continued on with his training, not allowing himself to get caught up in it and using it to inspire his training. Later, he lead the Sith to the Jedi Temple on Coruscant, on account of his gullibleness and the Sith's disguise, both physically and sensory. While Jaxton did his best to defend the Temple from the attack, the attack caused doubts in his mind about whether or not his place in the Jedi was a good one, not for himself, but for the Jedi.

A few months later Jaxton was called upon by the Jedi to assist the Mandalorians in a battle to retake Junction. He arrived a bit late to the battle, and had to rush over to find the Jedi Grandmaster Teferi Efreet, who was to give him orders. Teferi ordered Jaxton to follow him into battle and protect the Mandalore. The two Jedi were separated from Jaxton rather quickly, as he was taken up by plant sith woman to a remote location, but Teferi and Jaxton had their own problems to deal with, namely the Sith Emperor and his hand in front of them. Jaxton fought the Emperor's hand, a Twi'lek Sith woman, while Teferi fought the Sith Emperor. Jaxton, though only a padawan, fought well and exploited flaws in the woman's saber approach, but before the battle could be finished the Grandmaster called him to assist. After pushing the Twi'lek away from him Jaxton went to assist the Grandmaster, only to see him stabbed in the chest by the Sith Emperor. Jaxton carried the dying grandmaster in his arms, heard his last moments, and did his best to escape.

The death was heavy on Jaxton, and he believed it to be his fault. Expecting, and even wanting the Jedi to expel him for not being able to protect the Grandmaster, Jaxton was instead greeted with empathy, compassion, and even Knighthood on his return. Jaxton soon afterwards attended Teferi's funeral and began a friendship and mutual respect with the new Grandmaster Darron Wraith.
