- Fighter Compliment: The Jast Carrier Destroyer can carry more fighters than the typical Jast Destroyer, giving it a great edge in battle
- Well Rounded: It can fight toe to toe as well as deliver fighters to the fray. Not too bad a trade off considering Pocket Carriers Capacities.
- Slower: The Jast C Destroyer is not a fast ship.
- Bridge Exposed: As with most Star Destroyer designs the bridge is heavily exposed, leaving it easy prey for enemy bombers.
- Blind Spot in the Rear: Can't fire behind itself, must use covering fighters or other ships arcs of fire.
- Lower Arms Count: Weapons have been removed to make room for fighters.
Following the D Type was the C type, or Carrier Destroyer. Again nothing too special about it and it does what it's intended to do. Bring fighters to the fight and hold its own if need be against enemy vessels. It can operate alone or with better effects as main part of the fleet.
