APPEARANCE:
Jashin is readily near-human to most who meet him - with narrow eyes, and features that are just slightly too long and too angular to be base-line human. Combined with his gold eyes and aubergine hair, they point towards a likely exotic ancestry as a hybrid. To those who ask, Jashin maintains that he is mostly Epicanthix, though he refuses to divulge who or what his mother was, though there is some speculation that she may have been Pantoran.
In appearance, it's rare for Jashin to be out of pirating wear, and can often be found wearing a black full-body armored jumpsuit, a dark navy-blue greatcoat, and gunmetal gray gauntlets, utility belt, and armored boots. Notable and perhaps signature of him, is the chromium plated sonic pistol he keeps at his left thigh.

BACKSTORY:
There is little known about Jashin aside from records found in law enforcement databases. Enlisting in the Planetary Defense Forces of Panatha at eighteen, his aptitude for blocking out telepaths was detected by drill instructors early on, and he we was transferred into the special forces program for advanced training as befitting Epicanthix spies. In his twenties, he participated in the battle of Panatha as a SpecForce Operative, and witnessed firsthand the planet's annihilation. Rather than rejoin the shattered remnant of the military in the aftermath, Jashin left the Pacanth Reach and set out on his own - the Reborn Empire collapsing not several years later.
Roaming the stars with a band of Panathan survivors, Jashin styles himself as a brigand and highwayman of the spacelanes, taking what he needs to survive by force, never staying in one system too long, and living life as it was meant to be - free.

WEAPONS & ARMOR:
ARMOR:
• Armored Vacuum Mask:
- Rebreather mouthpiece, segmented retracting Ceraglass viewplate for ease of storage. Kept around the neck, one hour air supply, basic HUD.
• Full-body black SpecForce Armor (no helmet):
- Molytex underlay with thin Flexisteel plates that segment the suit. Flexible yet durable, offers heavy armor protection, yet won't stop a shattergun or lightsaber.
• Armored Greatcoat:
- Armorply fabric with synthmesh underweave.
• Duraplast armored boots, shinplates, kneeplates:
• Duraplast utility belt:
- Leather coated duraplast, magnetic clips for holding items.
- Blue Witch Sensor Jammer (buckle: makes Jashin appears as pixelation on electronic cameras, photoreceptors, holocameras, etc)
- Hover Lights (3)
- Static Pulse Grenades (3)
- Ion Smoke Grenades (3)
- Ion Scrambler (1)
- Computer Spike (1)
- Anti-Security Blade (1)
- Laser Lockpicks (5)
- Military-Grade Traumapac (1)
WEAPONS:
• Chromium Plated Kob Sonic Blaster:
- Turadium frame, chromium plating. Treated as a heavy sonic pistol for purposes of rounds and range, with a wide array of settings and frequencies. Can act as a field-security overloader in a pinch.
• Turadium Blaze-Cutlass:
- Turadium blade and hilt, insulated high-density powercell. Treated as having an energized edge - more effective than a vibroblade, but less effective than a lightsaber.
• Turadium Fire-Knife:
- Turadium blade and hilt. Solid blade with plasma wrapped around it. More effective than a vibroblade, but less effective than a lightsaber.

CYBERNETICS:
• (Brain) Biocomputer:
- (+) Biomechanical implant fused at the brainstem. Provides extrasensory data that allows for improved reactions and awareness. (-) User has to have some kind of physical input to collect data - a shadow, the crunch of sand underfoot, breathing - the biocomputer doesn't allow for Force Awareness of everything around him, but rather maximizes the ability to interpret stimulus.
- (+) Allows for extremely high tolerance to pain and exhaustion, and much faster recovery of fatigue. (-) User has to be conscious of hyper-exertion, as the mind might be alert, but the body can simply collapse.
- (+) Acts as an internal bio-dispenser and bacta pump, with internal reservoirs of bacta, coagulin, cordrazine, thanatizine, and other medications; can dispense adrenals and stims; can act as a pulmonary resuscitator, neuro-stimulator, and gas-binder. (-) Cannot manufacture medications, and must be refilled periodically. Can save the user from heavy damage, but catastrophic injuries will need dedicated healers.

STRENGTHS & WEAKNESSES
(+) Exotic Alien (Racial):
As an Epicanthix Jashin has an incredible racial resistance (similar to hutts and toydarians, though more potent) to mental tricks, influence, domination, and mind reading. Jashin is capable of entirely keeping out even the strongest minds, despite not being force-sensitive.
(+) Former Soldier:
Jashin fought under the Imperial Planetary Defense Forces as a SpecFore Operative during the annihilation of Panatha; Jashin has great familiarity with ranged and melee weaponry small and large, explosives, vehicle operations, stealth operations, security and security countermeasures, interrogation, etc.
(+) 6th Sense:
Being Force-Attuned Jashin often has a sixth sense about things; where exactly to shoot at a door panel to short it out, whether to turn left or right, whether someone is lying or not. This "smugglers luck" is largely subconscious, and not something that he can control.

(+ / -) Me and Mine:
Jashin is fiercely protective and loyal to those he deems worthy of protection. This is an immense strength, and a glaring weakness; he'll go to great (even suicidal) lengths to protect family and friends, but simultaneously will allow very few people into that circle. It is incredibly difficult for Jashin to trust, but, once gained, is more or less unshakable; break that trust, and the inverse is equally true - Jashin is known to hold grudges and feuds for decades.

(-) Cataclysmic Survivor:
Jashin has witnessed the complete destruction of his species' capital world, shattering his belief in militaries, institutions, and governments. This was only compounded by the Imperial force cult that was built up around Panatha's Imperial governor, and the realization that most of the population was more or less brainwashed into service.
(-) Selfish:
After his time in the military Jashin is more than a little jaded when it comes to the greater good. When it comes to trusting and believing in the potential of others Jashin is skeptical and paranoid to a fault. It takes a lot for him to trust others. Ideals, organizations, governments - Jashin is in it for himself and the money.
(-) Violent:
Through military training, Jashin has been trained to handle most issues with violence. Jashin is quick to fight, especially if he sees it as the fastest solution to a problem.
