PHYSICAL DESCRIPTION
Jael Amnen is the epitome of Amnen grace and poise. She possess rich, deep brown skin that sparkles in the silver moonlight, high cheekbones, and sharp almond-shaped eyes. She carries herself like someone born to be watched. Her hair is often braided in ceremonial styles adorned with silver bridle-shaped pins, emerald beads, and delicate chains. Her public robes are flowing moon-silver with emerald trim, or earth-brown, and often barely concealing the lithe, honed musculature of someone long-trained for dance, and combat.

STRENGTHS AND WEAKNESSES
  • + Bridled Training: Initiate and graduate of the hidden chapterhouse attached to the Valnara Grove on Chommel Minor. She is versed in theology, diplomacy, seduction, and covert combat.
  • + Weapon Mastery: Skilled with The Moon’s Kiss fan-blade, Bridle Pins (throwing needles), Silver Reins (garrote-whip), and the Crescent Dagger.
  • + Force Sensitivity: Specializes in heightened perception, emotional reading, and subtle influence.
  • + Political Operator: Able to navigate noble courts, mercantile houses, and criminal circles with equal poise.
  • - Divided Loyalties: Devotion to Shiraya and the Grove outweighs family or political convenience, which can put her at odds with House Amnen.
  • - Vow-Bound: The oaths of The Bridled bind her actions — breaking them would mean exile and disgrace.
  • - Fundamentalist: Her beliefs are held with such rigidity as to forgo all consideration of compromise.

BIOGRAPHY
Born outside the wealth and prestige of mainline House Amnen, Jael’s childhood straddled the opulence of Amnen court life and the agricultural estates of her family’s ancestral world, M’haeli. House Amnen’s power grew from its mastery over rare crops, its dominance in ore mining, and its famed breeding of noble mounts. From the moment she could ride, she was told her life would serve the family’s legacy.

At a young age, Jael was chosen for service in the Valnara Grove, one of the holiest shrines of Shiraya, Naboo’s moon goddess. She was taken into fundamentalist Shirayanism known as Nocturism and initiated into the order of The Bridled. Publicly, The Bridled are priestesses who are keepers of sacred rites, companions of nobility, and symbols of the goddess’s beauty, grace, and mystery. Privately, they are political agents and silent enforcers, trained in combat, stealth, persuasion, and the arts of the court. They are the Grove’s eyes, ears, and, when needed, its blades.

Jael’s service often places her in noble households and merchant courts, where she offers spiritual guidance while quietly advancing the Grove’s will. Her work for House Amnen is no less deliberate. She strengthens alliances, undermines threats, and shapes the currents of political waters. Yet her true loyalty lies with Shiraya, and the sanctity of the Groves comes before even her bloodline.

Her beauty is a weapon, her words are measured, and her presence lingers like moonlight on water, soft to behold, and impossible to ignore. Those who mistake her for a mere ornament quickly learn the peril of underestimation.
