Strengths and Weaknesses:
Strengths:
- Disciplined: Years in the military have disciplined Jack, which is good, for before the army, he was uncontrollable. Jack upholds his discipline wherever he goes, making sure he stays in control of his behaviour whenever, and wherever possible.
- Charismatic: When Jack has to talk to people, he does so with charisma. He can be a confident speaker when needed, which has helped him get out of many situations with a verity of different people. This charisma is brought to its fullest when Jack is talking to women, making him quite the ladies man.
- Alert: Jack keeps himself alert, making sure that no one gets the drop on him. This alertness may be akin in paranoia, however it does keep Jack out of danger. However, this alertness also makes Jack expect the worst, even when he's in a safe environment.
- Loyal: Jack is loyal by nature, making sure no one harms those he cares about. His main loyalty is to his family, which he would easily give his life for. His loyalty makes him easily controlled by his family, as he believes if he messes up in any away with a matter of family, he has betrayed his family. However, he doesn't usually follow those he doesn't know, making his loyalty to The Republic questionable at times, however, he would stand with The Republic in the event of a war or such.
Weaknesses:
- Stubborn: Once Jack has decided on something, he rarely changes his mind. Even when all the odds, all the facts are stacked against him, he will stand by his beliefs and his decisions. Does this make him chose bad decisions? Yes, but everyone makes bad decisions in their life, and being as stubborn as he is makes him on tough bastard.
- Aggressive: Jack takes things head on, and has to be aggressive to do so without losing himself. This has led to him becoming aggressive in normal day life as well, getting into fights quickly, or at least trying to start them constantly. He is likely to attack those who annoy him, or those who have wronged him and his family in some way.
- Cruel: Jack is cruel person, not caring for those he hurts, and in some cases even enjoying the pain he inflicts on others. He cruelty only increases when he is away from the army, he can seem to become a monster in the eyes of those who know him, even to his brothers-at-arms.
- Ambitious: Jack continuously tries to get power in some way, whether its taking control of a small group of like minded people, or wresting power within his squad. He is constantly trying to get power, but never tells people how or when he's going to make an attempt. This makes many people nervous around him.

Body Description:
- Standing at 5"11, Jack is quite tall, not the tallest, but tall all the same. He also weighs quite a bit, at 69 kg, however, he keeps himself in good shape as a testament to his military life.
- Jack has Caucasian skin, with several scars lining his body from battles long pasted, many of these scars marking key moments in his life.
- Thin hair covers Jack's chest, and this hair doesn't usually get.

Head Description:
- Jack has a oval face, with his right eye blue and completely open, while his left eye is slightly closed and red due to a scar from a particularly hard fight going across it.
- His right eye is a dark blue, while his left is blood red . The right is always fully open, while the left is slightly closed from the previously stated scar. His smile is a devilish grin, akin to a madman.
- Jack has thick, unkept, brown hair that is cut short, and an unkept brown beard that covers his jaw.
- Jack's face has no piercings or tattoo's, and he has a full set of teeth, although some are chipped from his many fights.

BIOGRAPHY:
Jack Varus was born as the Baseborn/Bastard son of Camarune Buckland (23) and Ellisa Varus (15) . He was conceived after his mother was raped by her father after Ellisa's husband had been killed defending their village from a group of vagabond of which Camarune had been part of.

Jack Varus was born a slave on the Planet of 'Roon' The spent his early years (4-8) helping out in a scrapyard owned by Aleath Trellimar The man who had been the leader of the band which had razed his mother and her first husband's village on 'Rori'
Varus remained a slave until his mother was bought by Centa Dawn a Republican trooper who had happened upon the scrapyard. Jack's mother told him it had been the force who had brought him to them and that their connection had been instant as the moment he had laid eye upon her.
Jack lived with his mother and her second husband on 'Onderon' in the city of 'Iziz' here he lived a fairly comfitable lifestyle help his father by working in his cantina, until his sixteenth name-day, when his father who had now become an officer within the Republic's military got him a place him in a military academy on 'Corellia' Varus trained there until at the age of 19 he was enlisted into the Republic's forces. During his time in his first division Jack Varus fought in many battles across multiple campaigns. During this time Varus (24) returned to 'Roon' and killed Camarune Buckland (47) and Aleath Trellimar along with any other members of the band of Vagabonds whom had killed his Mother's first husband and raped his mother, putting an end to their crimes of destruction and slavery.
Eventually at 30 after many hard years serving the Republic in his original division Jack Varus was transferred into "The 228th" Where he was placed into "The Black Operations Division" as an Operative. Jack Varus has spent the past two years serving under Grand Marshal [member="Thoja Arlos"] or as Varus calls him "Lord Commander".
