"Jack of all Trades"

He was a scholar, a scientist, a researcher. In favor of those pursuits he had chosen to study Niman, bye had a pretty good understanding of it, as it was an easily grasped concept, especially for someone with the mental capacity like his. He still needed to hone the talents every now and then, so that those aspects of his training wouldn't go without discipline. He waited in the training hall, a large circular arena like structure that multiple Jedi used. The arrival of the Master looking to teach him would prove most welcoming as he longed to return to his own personal practices.

His massive form was the only one around, it seems there weren't many masters looking to use this area this day, good. It will give them a more peaceful setting, where they can easily go through the learning experiences. Surely the lessons would take forever, as he had others skills he wanted to learn from the renown Jedi Master, [member="Sochi Ru"] . The stories of her, we're great. He was deeply honored to even be learning from such an esteemed Master.

She took a couple of steps towards the Quermian, she had yet to work which such a wonderful race. The closest she had come to their species was when she led that Mission to Troiken; many years ago. Her soft voice cut through the air from behind one of the newest editions to The Silver Jedi.

"Greetings [member="Scutu Hu"] , Alright lesson in Niman? Why don't we get started hm" she said motioning for him to take some steps towards the center of the training room. She wasn't one for pleasantries all of the time. Getting to know one another can come just as easily through education as it would just talking to one another. She preferred to not waste precious time.

"Now, this is a hybrid martial art created by effectively combining elements of the preceding lightsaber forms into a single, generalized form. Covering the basics of the preceding forms and how they work will help you progress much quicker. Starting with Shii-Cho, its swordplay was simplistic and raw. The wide, sweeping motions being ideally suited towards attacking numerous adversaries. They traditionally make use of the Sun Djem, or so called the disarming slash." she said, and while she spoke a training droid made its way over to their location.

Sochi ignited her cerulean Lightsaber, when she signaled the droid, it immediately went in to attack her with a blaster pistol in its hand. She moved at extreme speed, and only the plasma of the pistol remained, the weapon had been cut in half, successfully and rendered the opponent in adequate to continue the fight.

"Now, it's your turn. Another droid will approach you. On my signal it will attack. Remember wide sweeping motions."

A curve formed in his neck after he turned to see the Master. He was bowing his head, two steps would be sufficient for him to make it towards the center, not that he was that far in the beginning. His long arms were covered by his robes, and his hands were together, and showing while he listened to the Jedi Master. She was on point, and seemed to jump right into the lessons. That was perfectly fine, he preferred things like this. His bulbous head which sat highly above that of the Master turned to watch the demonstration. He sensed the arrival of the droid. His pasty white skin flew from the igniting of her blade, a shade of blue.

The visual made more sense, and most times those who over analyze seem to have difficulty with such things. It was a weakness. He pulled out the long handed hilt that made up his lightsaber, as she told him the next couple of steps. The arrival of another droid was apart of his test, and he stood firmly in front of it. He ignited his blue blade and it stood taller than most. He looked to the droid waiting for it to make it move on the signal of the Master.

A moment passed, it seemed forever, and when the droid lifted its arm that when he knew Master Ru gave her signal from behind him. The blaster pistol raised into the air in front if him, and from a wide sweep coupled with his massive frame he pushed his blue lightsaber through the barrel of the pistol, leaving a glowing plasma trail along its trim. He turned to the Master for her approval.

She nodded, an easily grasped concept. Incorporating basic maneuvers of the preceding forms would show the skill of Niman grow, as that person would display a good understanding of the generalized form. She slowly walked towards the Quermian who stood a height above her. It would seem he had been working on his skills previous. It was on to the next lesson. She came to stand in front of him once more, her hands were behind her back, resting. She looked up at him and then began to speak as her exotic tone made itself known.

"Soresu. utilizes tight moves, subtle dodges and short sweeps designed to provide maximum defensive coverage, leaving the duelist less exposed to ranged fire. You must use motions that occurred very close to the body, in an attempt to achieve near-total protection and expend as little energy as possible while executing moves. A Form like this fits the scholar like Jedi such as yourself, I would recommend furthering its study. Now, surely this doesn't need a demonstration. A training droid will come and assist, remember to keep you motions tight. This is the opposite of Shii-Cho." she said as she walked away! and a small training droid hovered over to their location. It would take her place.

Whenever the Jedi was ready, the droid would launch its blaster bolts.

He remained in the center of the arena, his long handed lightsaber was held close to him while the lessons proceeded. He had a working knowledge of Soresu, though never enough to apply it in combat. The concept follow tight blade work eh? She was right about it being an opposite to Shiite-Cho. He could hear the humming sounds of the droid approaching as Master Ru walked off, she was some sort of game master almost, it seemed she had everything part of their lessons planned out and ready to go. He watched the small ball that was the training droid. He gave it a cold calculating stare, there wasn't much knowledge to be gained from such a remote. He ignited his blue blade and held it in the Niman opening stance.

He nodded his head, and the small remote began to fire small generated bolts that had no echoes to them. He manipulated his lightsaber hilt, holding it in a two handed position near his body. The blade blocked the bolts as they came, and from different angles which promoted him to switch the position of his blade in order to protect himself. This went on for quite some time, and it became a little hard for him as it went on. The droid increased in speed and intensity with every successful block. He however kept his focus and continued to work through it.

Before long the droid shut off, he had the concept down. He switched off his blade and turned to looked upon the Jedi Master
