Description: A slick, lightweight blaster, the J-11 Scorpion is a top of the line pistol. Used in short to medium ranged combat, this weapon packs more punch than most of its size. Created originally as an experiment by the Kylos Arms company, the schematics and weapon itself found its way to the black market. While the schematics have been recovered, a very few number of these found there way into circulation. Fetching a high price for anyone willing to risk their necks to acquire one, this blaster seemingly brings death or misfortune to anyone who comes into its possession. All is not perfect, however. While this weapon can be modified to increase its range, after 15 meters the power the slug puts out is very noticeably decreased.

• Ammo: Heat absorbing clips? I'm lost. This is a blaster right?
• Range: You can bump this all the way up to 50 meters really. No need for a blaster with such a short effective range.

Modularity: Basically barrels of different lengths, being able to switch between different trigger to change sensitivity, and one could add a small scope onto the weapon for increased accuracy.
Ammo: In short, the power cell is converted into a heat absorbing clip. The clip absorbs the heat created by the blaster when its fired. When the clip has absorbed all the heat it can handle, it's ejected.
Range: Extended!!
