Description: A gas grenade filled with Ixetal cilona powder. The gas grenade deploys an airborne pulverized hardened variety of the drug. When inhaled, the drug was capable of producing (depending on dosage) 1-10 minutes of euphoria , producing a twisted version of reality enhanced by bright colors. With each dose, the user's life was shortened, and the successive dosages took away larger chunks from a lifespan.
If inhaled by a Force-Sensitive, the gas was capable of greatly weakening a person's connection to the Force, (depending on dosage) for 5 hours.
A gas grenade bursts on contact after being thrown, taking effect in the same round in which it is hurled.
Additionally, the area of the blast is filled with gas, providing concealment to all creatures within the blast area whether or not a creature is affected by the initial blast; likewise, all targets outside the blast area have concealment from any creature within the blast area. The gas persists until the attackers next turn, at which point it dissipates.
Weaknesses: Utterly useless against an environmental seal, a stiff breeze, or creatures protected from atmospheric hazards are unaffected by the attack of the gas grenade. Highly situational in application. Can usually be counteracted by holding one's breath.
