She was going to remember the look on Kalanda's face, that blush on her was just delightful she could practically see how everything had grinded to a halt in the witch's mind after that kiss. If only there was a way to keep surprising her in such adorable ways... perhaps she would need to experiment in that front. Though one step at a time with her would need to be way to conduct any such treks. Perhaps some sight seeing as well, trying different planets and all of that. So many things she would need to do. All things she would have to think about, well thankfully Kala seemed to have missed that little innuendo and took the request for an appetizer quite literally. Oh what would the look on herr face be if she told her that she was the appetizer. The thought brought a satisfied grin to Skyler as she pictured it.

Still in the small absence even as she heard her love merrily cook away in the kitchen her thoughts returned to her.

What are you anymore?

The thought had intrusively jumped in and with it came a doubt. It wasn't something she gave much credence before but now it was becoming the subject of her world. Her life seemed to lay out before her, the one she knew was there. The inquisitor, the hunter, the loyal servant of the most powerful Sith Lords and even the Emperor themselves. That all came to her mind the days of secret arrests and reports. It made her phantom hand tingle in pain as she thought about it. A whisper echoed faintly in the background. Her breath grew tight and controlled as it occupied her.

Then salvation came to her. A soft giggle and with it came that smile, her thoughts just melting away as she saw that Kala had decided to go above and beyond this morning with a tray of Eggs Benedict... The last time she enjoyed something like that she was still a child on Corellia. "Don't forget to secure some calories for yourself, it wasn't just me doing all the work..." She teased as she saw the tray be set down over her lap. She was about to take her first when she heard Kalanda say something.

"So, I was thinking, after last night...should we be concerned about child birth?" She blinked at those words. Her mind freezing for a moment. Uh what? What? What?! She couldn't tell if she was being thrown for a loop or if she was actually serious. Trying to judge her face was revealing nothing.

"You... You serious?" She said just as Kala had bitten into her own plate of eggs. Only to finally have the laughter confirm that she was having her leg pulled. "You make it hard to tell sometimes dear, you're so innocent after all." She said as she felt Kalanda rest her head onto her. Her body relaxing in response, as she turned her attention to Kala's cooking as raised her fork and her stub went for the knife when she realized a problem... This was a dish that required two hands to enjoy. She felt herself get a little deflated and already there was a chance her astute witch would have caught on though suddenly an idea crept into her mind.

"Wait, let me try something first before you try to help." She said with a calm to her voice as she stared at the dish. She pressed the fork down into the egg and piercing into the muffin below before she went to grab the knife. She raised her left stub and aimed at the tray as she shut her eyes. With her Kala near her mind couldn't help but flood with images of her. The life she could have with her, mind drifting off to a pleasant world free from any imperial or sith symbols and crests, a world where the nature was gentle with long flowing fields, dense forests and vistas all around... She could feel her mind calm, and with it she felt the Force and it's energy reach out from her stub and softly press down on the fork.

With the prose and finesse of a conductor giving their opening bow her knife had slotted into the spaces in the fork and she began to saw down into the egg. The dish remaining perfectly still as if her hand was pressing down on it. Having made her cut she put the down the knife and grabbed the fork. Able to peel away the slice as the gooey yolk began to drizzle onto the plate. With that came a single satisfying bite. It was delicious and Kala would easily be able to see the smile that formed on Amur's face. Finishing her bite she looks over at the witch.

"I forgot how much I missed your cooking." She says as she begins to work on a slice of bacon.
