S - Tactician: Isabelle was trained at the prestigious Imperial Fleet Academy on Lianna, getting the best training available in the empire and graduating in the top 5% of her class.
S - Gunslinger: Despite being a fleet officer Isabelle is very adept with a blaster pistol and mixing it up in ground combat.
W - Politically non-savvy: Isabelle grew up with a middle-class life on a farm, so she never learned the more cutthroat ways of organized politics, and tends to get looked down on as an uneducated hick by those who don't know better, want to demean her, or rug sweep her requests/concerns.
W - Insecure: Thanks to growing up outside of the usual Naval Command crowd she tends to be insecure and worries that there is a hidden slight behind every word and a dagger up every sleeve that she might be removed as a stain on imperial honour.

BIOGRAPHY:
Isabelle was born on the fairly rural world of Galidraan, her family wasn't particularly wealthy, nor were they destitute, solidly middle class running a fair-sized farm shipping luxury foodstuffs to Lianna. Thanks to her getting good grades in her education Isabelle qualified for and fortunately her parents were able to afford to send her to the Imperial Fleet Academy on Lianna. Though she had to fight through the "farm hick" reputation she had at the start, and while she never truly shed her farmgirl reputation she graduated 8th out of 107 in her graduation class, giving her the pick of assignments. Isabelle chose a first officer position on one of the Empire's Revenge-class Star Destroyers, but found herself fast-tracked to Captaincy when the vessel's captain was injured during a skirmish. Her skills were recognized by high command and she was promoted and assigned as captain of a newly commissioned Mk 2 Bulwark Star Destroyer named Gauntlet
