OUT OF CHARACTER INFORMATION
GENERAL INFORMATION
  • Organization Name: Iron Sun Youth Group
  • Classification: Paramilitary Academy
  • Affiliation: New Imperial Order
  • Organization Symbol: Image above.
  • Description: The Iron Sun Youth Group is a paramilitary organization meant to train and impress the ideals of Irveric Tavlar's Imperialism onto Imperials youths. Through advanced studies and intense training regimens, the best of the best can use the Group for fast tracked military command and a jumping off point for political careers.
GEOGRAPHICAL INFORMATION
  • Headquarters: Ravelin, Bastion.
  • Domain: Entirety of the NIO cloud.
    • Establishments: Ketaris, Nirauan, Bastion, Serenno, and many other planets with various climates.
Students are both seen, and not seen. While ISYG infrastructure is embedded within or near large settlements on host worlds, there is a modicum amount of mystery surrounding the ongoings of the internal facilities and curriculum.

Still, on downtime, students are often seen immersed within the communities, those closest to graduating, are sent on patrol and getting a more hands on approach to military service, while those younger are observed taking part in community service.
  • Notable Assets: Various schools and training facilities throughout NIO Space.
SOCIAL INFORMATION
  • Hierarchy: In Ascending Order:
    • Student -> Graduate -> Alumni (Career Chosen) -> Instructor -> Speaker
  • Membership: The organization is large, despite being relatively new. Numbering in the tens of thousands, students come in from all walks of life, their origins restricted to established New Imperial Citizens, with occasional exceptions from border and fringe worlds.

Acquiring membership mainly comes in two facets, parental enrollment, or through the means of state adoption. The latter when children without guardians are adopted by the state at any age below adulthood, and enrolled within the ISYG. While the functions of education and foster care are undisturbed, children 'enrolled' in this fashion are granted a choice to continue once they have come of age.
  • Climate: A cult like personality designed around the celebration and cherishment of military service, Irveric Tavlar, and his True Imperial belief.
  • Reputation: Akin to celebrities on host worlds and viewed as the future of the Empire, the ISYG is well received within New Imperial space.
  • Curios:
    • Graduate Rings.
    • Member Uniforms (With Coloured Sashes by Branch).
      • Stormtrooper Corps.
      • Imperial Navy.
      • Central Government.
  • Rules: New Imperial Law.
  • Goals:
    • Influence Tavlar's Felist ideals on the minds of the Imperial Youth.
    • Transition of NIO War Philosophy, and Recognition of Imperial Lives First.
    • Diminishment of COMPNOR and Tarkinist ideals in the Imperial Youth, and thus the Future of the Empire.

HISTORICAL INFORMATION
The Great Iron Sun Youth Group began as little more than an underworld gang.

Based out of the ruinous underworld of the capital Bastion, it was then known as the 'Bastion Youths' a gang formation of juveniles whose only saving grace was that their actions were in service to the Empire. The years leading up to their legitimizing and nationalization were filled with gangland expansion across the continent sized city of Ravelin. In which, their actions typically involved the patrolling of neighborhoods, and the locating and humiliation of Sith sympathizers and loyalists in the wake of Bastionfall, which typically involved extreme beatdowns, and leveraging the safety of loved ones and personal belongings.

Barely more than a rampant militia group, they truly came into the notice of the Imperial Central Government in the wake of the Second Battle of Bastion. It was within this event that the Bastion Youths were directed to defend themselves, and their neighborhoods from the egregious destruction caused by the Sith-Imperial Invasion. Tensions were heightened once more, not seen in the years since Bastionfall. To deter dissenters to the True Imperial regime, the Bastion Youths once more took to the streets of Ravelin and instated Order the only way they knew how; Violence.

It wasn't until in the aftermath of the Battle of Serenno that the Group began to gain recognition from the Imperator. Plans were put forth, figureheads of the lowly gang, Aemilio Valaar and his seconds, were given the limelight. They'd be raised above their poverty and serve the New Order. At first, it seemed too good to be true. Surely, they'd simply be dubbed vigilantes at best, criminals at the worst. But in their acceptance came the dissolution of other lesser known groups of similar purpose, some of them enemies of the True Imperial tenets. COMPNOR's very own Sub-Adult Group was dissolved and its members forced into the up raised gang, by this point, known as the Iron Sun Youth Group. With Jaeger Harrsk, the Head of the Two-Faced Snake that was COMPNOR, dead, there was no strength capable of preventing the transition.

Schooling infrastructure, academies, even orphanages were closed and retooled with the necessities of the ISYG, veterans that had served alongside Tavlar before his defection were retired, re-tasked with preparing the next generation for war.

It had been up to Tavlar, and those that came before them to expand their borders. It was up to the next generation to keep them secure.

There is no public record of when the Youth Group officially became legitimate. It seemed inevitable though, and by the time the cheerful parades were taking to the streets of Bastion, celebrating the end of the War, the first of the once Bastion Youths publicly graduated and were granted advanced positions in the Stormtrooper Corps, in the Imperator's Fist, the 501st. While their extensive trainings continued in the background, the weight of the Future of the Empire weighed upon them, and the only thing that could hold their enemies back, were feats greater than their forebears.

Howdy! I'll be helping you with this submission. So far it looks good, just a couple things to look at then it should be good to go.

First, let's check out Domain. Good job listing key planets! While you're there, could you detail how they interact with the communities near them? Since they're well received, do they make a point to be active within the local populace or is each campus isolated?

Next is only a suggestion but one that can help any new writers navigate the lore here easier. In Rules you've listed New Imperial Law. If there is a source people can reference for those laws linking that would be awesome! If not it's no big worry, just an idea.
