Rationale:

Utilizing the resources of the Sphere of War, the department of the Dark Council that oversees the One Sith's interests in war, Ironfury Industries was formed under the order of the Sphere of War's leader, the Military Executor, and Dark Council Member: Isamu Baelor. The company was based out of Anaxes, the seat of power for the Military Executor. Here, using the resources under his command, state-of-the-art facilities were built to house the development, and manufacture, of various technologies that would be integral to the One Sith's war effort.

Description:

To better equip the soldiers of the One Sith, Ironfury Industries was formed with the express purpose of developing new technologies to be used in the field of battle. To achieve this goal, the company's operations were split into three divisions:

• Weapon Manufacturing
• Armor Manufacturing
• Cybernetics Manufacturing

These three divisions specialized in the development, and manufacturing, of a variety of products intended to be used by the One Sith Army. These products ranged from blaster rifles, to infantry armor, and cybernetic prosthetics for wounded soldiers. In addition, the divisions also collaborated on hybrid technologies, that utilized each division's specialties to create unique products, such as a cybernetic prosthetic with in-built offensive capabilities. Though the company was created to support the One Sith war effort, Ironfury Industries ultimate loyalty was to that of its founder: Isamu Baelor. As he served as the de facto leader of the One Sith's military, and ultimate authority in all matters relating to war, the company lay exclusively under his jurisdiction.

Your Rationale boils down to Baelor's One Sith affiliation, but you make the point that the company is loyal to him, rather than the One Sith. Please make your Rationale 2-4x longer, flesh things out, and give some explanation as to how that works.

It's more that it boils down to Isamu being the de facto leader of the One Sith military, and ultimate authority in all matters relating to war. Which would include the creation of new weapons to wage war with.

However, I've expanded the rationale to better express that, and added to the description to explain that, as he is the leader of the Sphere of War, the company would fall exclusively under his jurisdiction.
