Unit Name: Iotran Exiles
Affiliation: Tonith-Damask Incorporated

COMBAT INFORMATION
Availability: Rare
Deployment: Limited.
Strengths & Weaknesses:
+Discipline: The Iotran Exiles come from a very militant culture, that believes the only way to a strong society is through military rule. Therefore the Iotran Exiles have superb training and discipline, behaving more like a special ops group than a band of mercenaries.
+Equipment: While not the most well equipped operation in the galaxy even by paramilitary standards, the Iotran Exiles are well enough equipped to deal with most security issues with ease.
-Numbers: The Iotran Exiles, while well trained and equipped, are not nearly numerous enough to deal with true military situations. A typical guard posts anywhere from 8 to 12 Iotran Exiles, and Tonith-Damask cannot risk sending them off for tasks such as debt collection or 'non-financial support' without risking the safety of their executives and holdings.
-Guards: The Iotran Exiles are guards, experienced and trained in the protection of assets, whether personnel or merchandise. They are not helpful for other combat functions, such as infiltration, naval combat, or resource acquisition.
Description:
For generations the Iotran Guard served the Intergalactic Banking CLan, taking care of its Collections and Security Division. More recently the Integalactic Banking Clan had a bit of a schism, with the Tonith and Damask Clans leaving and the rest of it being purchased by a third party. During this time the Iotran Guard held it's own schism, with a portion of the guard following in Mars Tonith's footsteps. These men found employment with the newly formed Tonith-Damask bank, but the man power was not was either clan was used to, only enough to form the Security of the Collections and Security division. They became known as the "Iotran Exiles" to the original Guard, though they are not truly exiles from their culture, just from the old guard. This has lead to a bit of "blood feud" between the two groups, with a couple of bar fights already arising from disputes between off duty guards.
