STRENGTHS AND WEAKNESSES

+ Regulus the Lion: Small, plushy, and undeniably cute, Iori's stuffed lion is more than just a child's toy. She has learned, over her short lifespan, to manipulate Reggie through the Force, giving him what appears to be a life of his own. Part imaginary friend to boot, she will often be found whispering to him and insists that he talks back.

+/- Anzat: While being an Anzat has the perks of longevity and regeneration, it also brings with it an unquenchable hunger and longing for what is simply referred to as Soup... And Iori is in no position to be acquiring that any time soon. Her kind are also scorned throughout much of the Galaxy, making it of utmost importance that she hide her identity.

- Lost: Unaware of where her parents currently are, having been separated during travel across Serenno, every day of Iori's life is a struggle to survive. She is small, even for her age, and cannot support herself.

- Just a Child: Untrained in any form of combat, skinny and pint sized, Iori has no way to defend herself. Add to this the lack of any parental involvement in her present life and it puts her in quite the dangerous situation. She is weak and naive, still as innocent as the day she was born.

PRE-ROLEPLAY HISTORY

Iori was born the child of a great Count of Sorenno, cherished and adored by her family who had hid their true identities as Anzat for generations. She grew up with two older siblings, and as a result there was little to no pressure placed upon her. Kaeld, her eldest brother, was to inherit their Father's estate, while Beldos was expected to do great things of his own accord. Showered with gifts, yet lacking friends to enjoy them with, it didn't take long for Iori to harbor a border-line obsessive relationship with one of the many stuffed animals in her possession.

She named him Regulus, the most noble of Lions, and the pair became inseparable. It was to this glorified scrap of cloth that the little girl pooled all of her secrets, her adoration, and - unbeknownst to Iori - a little something extra. While it wasn't instantaneous, over time she worked the Force into the stuffed animal and after some time she was rewarded for her efforts. Her plaything would move with little more than a thought, and she swore blindly that he talked to her, too. Of course, her parents laughed and smiled whenever she told them of Regulus' new found life, believing it to be just a game.

During one summer the family traveled south; it was there that they learned the truth of the matter for themselves, given that the journey was long and tedious, and they were all cramped into the same shuttle, when Iori did play with Regulus they could see for themselves that the animal moved of its own accord. At first terrified, it wasn't too long before Beldos figured out what was going on, and Iori's Force Sensitivity was finally unveiled before her family. Considering the rest of the household were lacking in that department, her father's amazement was palpable, and he made plans for her to be trained when they returned home.

But fate had already decided otherwise. On their return, Iori was parted from her family during a pit-stop at Carannia Spaceport. Before anyone could realise, the shuttle had already left and Iori and Regulus were stranded. Having no clue how to get back home she wandered the streets after being told to leave the Spaceport by a customs officer who saw little more than a street urchin in the girl. Now she wanders, lost and confused, waiting for her family to come and find her...
