Installing space stations for ORC

I'd like to use ORC space to create my sizable project to get to Tier 4 since you guys are where my company HQ is at. It makes sense.

The concept is to install one of each station just outside a specific planet or in a specific coordinate, giving you guys essentially an awesome little floating city. Here's what I got so far.

• Jast Salvage Station :A huge Salvage platform with hundreds of docking bays. Haul one of these into a debris field and recycle everything with the buzz droids on board. Can refuel ships, provide medical services, repair and refit vessels as well as serve as mobile manufacturing station. Grab one of these to improve your economic output in a system.
• Jast Trade Station: A Huge trade platform. With banks, bars, quarters and hundreds of airlocks and docks. You can refuel and refit, get medical services, visit a watering hole, stop off for leave in one of the space motels. Basically a small booming trade city rammed into a space station. Also can hos swoop and podraces. Grab one of these to make money hand over fist!
• Jast Defensive Platform: A medium defensive station, sporting over 700 guns and missiles in her arsenal. Meant to be parked outside of major systems with a fleet garrison or in pairs. Can hold off attack for a while, refuel and refit vessels, as well as provide medical aid to wounded.

It'd be a huge boon to your faction IC. Hala would retain a bit ow say on the stations but for the most part, you'd own them.


If you guys are down and have a location let me know. For the thread I figure I could give you a tour of each facility or we could have a party on the stations to commemorate the event.

You should consider doing a dev thread establishing a trade station in orbit of an ORC world. This could be followed up by a codex sub for the location. That would all feed into the project.

I'd be willing to throw in with that effort, if you'd allow a Corellia Digital Store on the station.

I'd recommend something on/near a hyperlane since its a trade station.

On the main (Rimma Trade Route), you've got Pergitor. ORC has done some trade threads there in the past. There's also Kal'shebbol (end of the hyperlane) or Ardalon (first ORC planet on the hyperlane coming from the Core/GA).

On the western approach (Hydian Way), you've got Iniynusoph. There's also Kinooine at the end of the Corellian Trade Spine.

I'd say any of those would be good options.
