BACKGROUND
Born in the isolated Hebonic Archipelago region of Atrisia, Inosuke grew up as the heir to the technophobic microstate of Ashina. In his early life, he trained in the esoteric arts of Ashina's force-religion and the region's various martial disciplines. In his teenage years, he was sent to the Ten-Thousand Waterfalls where he would complete the five trials with unprecedented proficiency. Most notably, the Trial of the Commoner, where Inosuke would earn the local title of 'Twenty-Man Slayer' for defending a Hebonic village from a host of twenty outlaws. Upon his return home, where many had expected him to become an improved version of his father, instead they observed many extreme contrasts in Inosuke's nature. These differences came to a head in a duel between father and son. Insouke was decisively defeated by his father Genichiro without much of a contest. Though Genichiro permitted his son to live despite the terms of traditional Ashina duels asserting Inosuke's life to be forfeit, it wasn't without a cost. The young Ashina's left eye paid the blood debt, and he was cast into exile, humiliated, and disinherited.
Exile would eventually lead Inosuke to Coruscant, where he would receive an implanted eye and join the New Jedi Order. His advancement to knighthood was quick, but he would linger at this echelon for years, routinely refusing the rank of master in pursuit of a personal standard. During an Alliance operation on Roxuli, Inosuke would meet

During a Brotherhood of the Maw attack on Lao-Mon, Inosuke was slain in battle by an unknown Sith Lord. Later, back on Coruscant, his body reconstituted from mortal wounds, revealing him to have inherited the ancient Ashina gift of resurrection. So long as he is not beheaded or his body destroyed, death by unnatural means is impossible. Reunion with Henna after a near-death would be the final domino that lead them to professing their affections and becoming and object later that same year.
Eventually, Inosuke was named the Watchman of Atrisia by the enclave efforts of the New Jedi Council, and would return to Atrisia though avoided Ashina in its entirety. Once news of his uncle Goro also being cast into exile reach him, Inosuke reconnected with an estranged family member. With Goro's help, Inosuke located a forgotten refuge on the outskirts of Ashina, the Hirata Sanctuary, and was named the manor's incumbent lord. This refuge became a central location for Jedi activity in the area, as well as his primary residence, which it remains to this day. Once the wars quieted down, Henna joined him in semi-retirement to Hirata where they would marry and have three children.
After the fall of Tython, Inosuke renounced the New Jedi Order and repurposed Hirata as an independent enclave from where a small-scale effort against the dark side, New Sith and Kainanite alike, would manifest.
