Before the Empire, there were the Mandalorian Protectors—elite warriors who served Mand’alor directly—and the Journeyman Protectors—sheriffs of the Outer Rim, keeping the peace on their own terms.
Now? They ride again as One.
The Mandalorian Protectors are a living blend of both legacies: part lawkeeper, part legend. They don’t wear polished armor or sit behind desks. They ride the lonely roads of Mandalorian space—and beyond—upholding common law, settling disputes, bringing justice where none remains. They serve the will of the Mand’alor, not with speeches or summons, but with a loaded rifle and a steady hand.
Though they ride alone or in small numbers, when true danger rises—when war calls—they can gather as one: a battle-hardened force of deadeye marksmen and unbreakable shields. Few stand when the Protectors ride together.

Journeyman Protectors ride the roads of the Empire—and often far beyond it—settling disputes, upholding the common law, and disrupting anything that threatens Mandalorian lives or sovereignty. They act with the authority of the Mand’alor, not through politics or procedure, but through steel and resolve. Though they often operate alone, every Journeyman remains highly trained, ready to rally when the Mand’alor calls. Their rank is a symbol, but they are the blade behind it.
Deputy Protectors are the Empire’s answer to the wilds. Not all who serve wear the badge full-time. Deputies are locals, allies, wanderers—deputized on the spot by a Journeyman to help restore order in lawless regions or forgotten corners of space. They are not bound by citizenship or station; many hold Writs of Iron and walk the line between frontier and Empire. They come and go as they please—but when they wear the badge, their actions carry weight. What matters is not where they’re from—but what they stand for when Peace is broken. And when the badge is off, they’re still expected to carry themselves with honor—for every dishonorable act stains the name of the Protectors by proxy.
