DESCRIPTION
Named after the predatory animal from Kashyyyk, this armor weighs 20 kilograms and can cost up to two hundred fifty thousand credits to make. This armor provides better protection than the standard clone trooper armor, due to it’s phrik plating, and built in energy shields. Like its predecessor it’s also designed for easy bacta injections via handheld dispensers. The helmet has a HUD that can depict how healthy the wearer is, the distance of the target, and the strength of the users shields. It is also equipped with a series of scanners capable of picking up other life forms, electronic signatures, and explosive residues.

The helmet can system link to other members of the squad via it’s built in antennae, which allows for squad members to monitor each others health and location. It also boast a mini map, the mini map is constructed via the helmets built in sensors, and gps mapping. The helmet also has a built in filtration system capable of extracting oxygen from most toxic environments. The visor is designed for electro binoculars and night vision modes. The body armor boast phrik plating for defense against blaster and other anti infantry weapons. It’s thermal gel underlay allows the commando to go untouched by extreme heat and cold. It can be fully sealed allowing for a commando to survive in vacuum for up to half an hour.

The knuckle plate of the armor allows for a retractable vibro blade for close encounters. The boots feature a magnetic locking system to allow for commandos to more easily scale walls or ships in zero g. The backpack carries most of the commandos ammunition and grenades. It also boast room for numerous other objects that may be essential to the mission, such as oxygen tank for extended stay in space or aquatic-borne environments, a large bacta dispenser for augmented healing, or even external communications array for long distance communications. The backpack has a display much like a dog tag that shows the commandos information

Hi,

A nice submission here, there are just a few issues I'd like to bring to your attention.

Weight: 20kg
Firstly, 20kg is very light for a full set of Phrik armour, but most importantly, according to the template found here, the weight needs to be on the very low - extreme scale. You can put in a fixed figure, but we do need a rating as well.

In terms of your resistances, you're actually one resistance rating too high, and I would recommend reducing one resistance. However, if you choose not to, please let me know and I can approve the sub as it is.

Stealth tech - Enables these commandos to go in nice and quiet
This is a problematic phrasing, the armour is set at limited, but stealth technology is at semi-unique, and I would recommend you reconsider the wording, reflec is generally used at limited or higher levels of production to reduce sensor signatures but not make them invisible. The same applies to the SpidersilkElastex, it can't be complete invisibility based on the production level of the armour.

Also, as per the new factory rules update, could you please provide links Phrik in the materials section. Also, since the spidersilkelastex is produced by another company and is open market to their customers, please can you show me some evidence that you are allowed to use this material.

As always, the phrasing and ratings changes are just a recommendation to yourself, and if you wish to keep the submission as it is and ignore them just let me know and I will pass it to approved.

Thank you for making those changes. The new weight rating you've out in actually means you have 2 ratings more to play with increasing across your resistances.

Please let me know if there are any changes you want to make.
