Jen'ari Imperial Laws and Conduct
1. Maintain the Emperor's Order:
• The Jen'ari Empire is ruled by it's Dark Council and The Emperor, their word is law.
• The Jen'ari Shadow Guards are the Guardians of the Jen'ari Emperor, and The Dark Council.
2. Honor the Emperor's Philosophy:
• We are the the followers of the Sith code and enemies of Jedi Heresy. We are the reborn Sith Empire in mind, body and force. Passion is our guide, power is our tool, strength is our weapon and victory is our goal. To strike against our own is to strike against ourselves.
3. Follow the Emperor's plan:
• The Jen'ari's mandate is to expand, perfect and where necessary conquer.
4. Keep the Emperor's Peace:
• We embrace diversity and all forms of passion and we oppose indiscriminate slaughter.
• We serve the Jen'ari and divisions, politics and intrigue must only exist when in support of the Jen'ari and its Emperor.
5. Protect the Empire's Resources:
• The Sith Imperial Military is the guardians of the Empire's treasury and our shared resources.
• All financial transactions occur only with the Dark Council's authority and all physical transactions of Jen'ari Property must be with the consent of a member of the Dark Council.
• Citizens with the means to contribute should contribute as is their duty and the Emperor's command.
6. Defend the Emperor's Realm:
• We claim Zarchas Kitza as our homeworld. Our homeword and The Jen'ari Empire Territory are to be defended with our lives.
7. Respect the Emperor's Diplomacy:
• The Emperor and Dark Council may make alliances to expand the Jen'ari Empire's power and standing. Those alliances are to be honored.
8. Remember the Emperor's Covenant:
• The Emperor is duty bound to rule to the benefit of the citizens of the Jen'ari Empire. As citizens serve the Emperor, he serves the Jen'ari Empire and must rule with wisdom and justice in mind.
9. Obey the Emperor's Law:
• All Citizens are bound by this law, those who stand against this order shall be judged according to the will of the Emperor.
Section I: All members of the Jen'ari Empire are to obey orders from individuals who are superior in rank and authority to them.
Clause I: All Divisional Personnel are to refrain from commanding units outside of your division unless granted access to with proof of say
Clause II: The Imperial Military is equaled to the Sith Order. Those of higher rank have authority over lower ranks of both Imperial, and Sith Alike. Both fall under the command of The Dark Council, The Imperial Hands and the Emperor.
Clause III: Apprentices of the Order of the Sith have the ability to command what their master has power over if their master grants them permission too.
Section II: All members of the Jen'ari Empire are to Immediately execute without hesitation or question orders given by a Dark Lord/Dark Lady of the Sith, Unless it goes against another law; or Unless distributed by the Emperor.
Section III: All members of the Jen'ari Empire are to refrain from killing other members of the Jen'ari Empire without provocation in the form of direct assault or reasonable cause. Members are also to refrain from killing civilians unless they pose an immediate threat or enter a restricted area.
Clause I: Members of the Jen'ari Empire are permitted to fight one another in two-person duels, but they must be conducted inside a secure area with both participants’ agreement.
Section IV: All members of the Jen'ari Empire are to maintain respect towards others, whether they be superior, inferior, or equal in rank.
Clause I: All members of the Jen'ari Empire are to maintain a level of maturity at all times.
Section V: All members of the Jen'ari Empire are to respect and obey all factory, codex judges, and roleplay judges as well as board admins.
Clause I: All members of the Jen'ari Empire are to respect and obey all Jen'ari Empire faction mods, admins and the owner.
Section VI: All members of the Jen'ari Empire are permitted to be in only one division per branch at a time.
Clause I: If a member of a division wishes to leave said division, they must notify their divisional commanders first. Whether or not the divisional commanders must confirm the discharge before the member can leave is up to each division to decide.
Clause II: A member of the Sith Order may not also be in a division of the Army or Navy. For example, a Sith Master cannot also, while retaining his position, decide to join the ranks of the Imperial Commandos, or partake in the membership of the Navy’s Marine division. By nature, this holds true for the reverse: a member of an Army special forces or Navy special forces division cannot join the ranks of the Sith unless they are discharged from their division. They may retain their Army/Navy membership.
Section VII: All high-ranking members of the Jen'ari Empire are to refrain from engaging in nepotism.
Section VIII: All members of the Jen'ari Empire are to report violations of Imperial Policy to superior ranking individuals, the Department of Imperial Intelligence, or the Dark Council.
Section IX: All members of the Jen'ari Empire are to respect the operations of the Department of Imperial Intelligence and the Dark Council and should refrain from obstructing their tasks as well as the tasks of entities subordinate to them.
Section X: All members of the Jen'ari Empire are to refrain from raiding Jen'ari Empire facilities, unless doing so in an official practice raid.
