There had been a lot of things happening, her attention on a number of the things while flying around the enclave. Yutan was a very nice and pretty place while she touched down on one of the padawans shoulder nodding her head. "I see." She kind of did... the screen was realy big and she was kind of small but got the jist of it while putting through a request with the enclaves computers. They would be able to get a ship, a small crew needed and chase after it. The ship last seen on sensor nets and a jedi watchmen saying what they had sensed.

"It isn't much to go on but meh I am bored and it is an excuse to get to travel right... right... hotel food and free candy." The padawan was looking at her. "Master I don't think that candy is really free." She stood there putting her hands on her hips for a moment. "Yes it is, it says take one and enjoy.... So I can take one, enjoy it and then take another one and enjoy it and then another one." She gave a nod while the requests were going through for all of the work. They were going to need a ship, some people who could come and join them.... and most importantly a little luck.

"Also make sure the cargo hold has my personal crates we need to ensure we have plenty of supplies." Yep yep she gave a nod of her head while flying away towards the crates of candy and sweets she usually kept because they were bite sied compared to the other and she could totally fly around with them easier. Some of the droids were working while they had a chance to get the few pieces of gear she needed to the ship. Her personal quarters on the ship something of a sight as the bed was massive with her small wardrobe on the desk.

She had everything needed for the trip except the ones coming with them before she was flying to the main briefing room and sitting on one of the bars looking over all of the things. The droids and human crew setting it up so they could be underway quickly enough when she was moving herself to get comfortable hidden away from the others views. It was always so much fun when well no one really knew what the mysterious master sheila looked like. They just kind of knew she was a little shorter then most jedi.

The light roar of the often under used Thyrsus Heart Gunship touched down, swift and quiet, these purple ships were not seen much in republic or even neutral space anymore, hadn’t been for a very long time, but the Echani manning them were as exacting and light of touch as ever. The ship coming down barely made any dust as it settled gently, show offs…

Purple landing ramp descending, the Echani honor guard all dressed in white and silver, about six in number, most wearing Sasori Armored Robes, personal Echani energy shields and Taiden at their back wearing a silver adorned Sasori Explorer Bodysuit, lightsaber on his hip, and silver sword down his back. Armor gifts from [member="Matsu Ike"] for their time working with her as needed. All were spotless as ever, robes of white and sashes affixed with their sigil of the house of keth obvious on one or two, they marched in exacting time, a language of uniform motion, as one with their purpose here.

The envoy from the SSC was here to assist the Jedi in the area, and even more importantly report back any disturbance to their eldars. As Taiden approached he had no idea who he was looking for, only their name, which as the honor guard parted, he gently spoke outward [member="Sheila"] to the small gathering. As if one mind, heads were bowed together respectfully for a holding moment. Taresa Kae was here as always, foremost by Taiden’s side with her usual prideful eyes affixed forward, carrying two swords on her hips, and a large looking modular rifle across her back. It seemed the pair had grown closer as the years waned on, yet still distant as ever in expression, their bodylanguage in standing slightly sideways on, accepting of each other's company more easily, that was what gave it away to the trained eye.

"We are the envoy from the Sanctum, and ask we are allowed to assist your work here."

It was a wisp of a legend; a bedtime story for Sith Lords looking to make a name for themselves. The idea that there might be a mobile darkside nexus prowling lost somewhere out in the darkness of space was a tempting enough story to grab at least some Sith to look for it. However, it had proven to be as elusive as a myth. In hundreds of years, it had never been found. That didn't stop others from researching and trying.

Sinistra herself had no real interest in finding the ship, however, she was being paid a handsome reward for leading an expedition after it. The work had come through encrypted channels, on the dark net. The benefactor's identity safely hidden behind a wall of fake names and bounced transmissions so deep that it was virtually impossible to lock down who offered the job. In this case, she had a certain skillset that fit the criteria and the mysterious employer was directly searching for her under her Sith name.

Caution in all things, she had accepted the proposal, provided that the information passed muster. It had taken her at least 2 months to vet it out, but when she accepted it, the coordinates directed her to where she could meet the crew who would be tasked with retaking command of the wayward vessel. Commandos, her and a pair of Sith witches. Whatever they expected to find on board wasn't about to be pleasant, but the small freighter she was assigned for the trip would be enough to hold them until they found the Animiasma.

Since helping setup the Enclave with Kiribian support, Arisa had found herself hanging around more than she expected. Kiribi was her home now, but she still had a soft spot for helping her fellow Jedi who had stuck around with the Republic. A Jedi master had made request for assistance, so she had decided to lend a hand. She arrived to Yutan on her J-1 interceptor, connecting with a small contingent of Kiribian Dragoons stationed at a local garrison on the planet. Since Togoria, the Kiribians had began to withdraw their expeditionary forces from some far out joint missions to bolster the home fleet, but there would always be a permanent presence maintained on the Republic's capital world.

Compared to the other characters she found herself with for the mission, she looked pretty plain in her street clothes. There wasn't even a lightsaber dangling from her belt, though she was packing a set of
spoons. The Dragoons who accompanied her looked drab in their uniforms, but they made up for their mundane garb with their large stature, each one standing at least 2.5 meters. She was a woman of average height (maybe a little taller for an Atrisian), but looked like a tiny child in their midst.

Sheila could see the ones that were arriving now a look on her face as the tiny jedi master was being overlooked for the moment at least. She might not be the easiest thing to spot in the room but she could make a small name for herself with some of the things here and there. She saw the one from the Silver sanctum and well her homeplanet was from their space, she saw Arisa Yune one of the enclave as she flew towards them. "Hello padawans and welcome to the first meeting of awesome." For a reveal to them as she was more then certain neither had seen her before so the reveal that one of the coolest jedi masters in the enclave roaming around was an As-Aki well she would be when a droid brought in some tiny dips style food. All small and bite sized for her as well as some spoons for them. "We have food before we head off and go after one of the most elusive and legendary artifacts in the galaxy. Maybe... there is no real proof besides a general description of it appearing in system a couple days ago and we are going to try and find it."

Giving a respectful gentle bow for the arriving group, [member="Arisa Yune"] and anyone else who came by, their appraising eyes seeing how the Atrisian’s moved or walked as to their nature, the dragoons with them were huge but regarded no differently than [member="Sheila"] who soon appeared, as if the way they walked were the introductions for Taiden, but he had learned to offer words too.

“Echanarii,” followed the eyes open bow, or welcome was the closet word but it meant more like, attention we greet you as equals in our endeavor, at least that was how it was often used. “Greetings,” he added as an afterthought to [member="Arisa Yune"]'s arrival.

Taiden’s search for [member="Sheila"] had thankfully born fruit. With no surprise at all he watched silently, as Echani took nothing from appearance they didn’t react to her size, only how she moved, which given being a Jedi Master was with some astounding elegance which fascinated our white and silver group.

They listened carefully still betraying little from their non motion or expression, Taiden would be content to follow her solo while the honor guard kept watch over their camp, but [member="Taresa Kae"] seemed keenest here to remain focused on the task, given how close the two seemed to be becoming. “Might we all see the description Master Jedi?” Thinking perhaps someone present might offer insight, and not realising that was probably going to happen anyway, master of the obvious and naïve to the customs of others still.

42 Days into the Expedition

Sinistra was starting to hate the inside of this freighter.

While they had plenty of time on resupply stops to get out and look at something other than the inside of the freighter, the times they spent methodically trolling for signs of the missing ship were mind-numbingly boring. The ancient Captor class heavy munitions cruiser felt as though it shrank around them with each passing day. And yet, the routine of it all gave Sinistra a startling sense of security and focus.

As long as the witches were not riding her for something. The small squad of commandos kept to themselves. They trained in a bay, ate their meals, served quietly on the bridge. They bunked in the bay, with a makeshift sleeping area walled off for them next to their gear.

The cabins on the ship were saved for Sinistra and the Witches, Rake and Zola. The pair of them were sisters, or so she thought and they were miserable on the ship. They complained about the food, they complained about their cabin. They complained that they were not in charge, even though the pair of them could not agree on a meal, let alone how to carry out mission parameters.

Sinistra sat in the middle of her floor, free of her armor and mask, meditating quietly as the programmed sensor sweep carried on in whatever backwater sector they had dropped into. Focused inward, her breathing rhythmic and calm, she had entranced herself when the sharp sound of knuckles on her door threatened to break her routine. Ignoring it, she continued with her visualizations until the rapping became incessant and forced her to deal with the intruder.

Her mask was clipped back in place, her vocoder tuned to the discordant tritone that she normally saved for taunting combatants on the battlefield with.

"YES?"

The door snapped open to reveal Rake, looking irritable and smug.

"We need to resupply."

This again. The Witches had a particular affinity for a certain tea that they claimed heightened their connection to the darkside this far out from a planet in space. Sinistra personally felt it was a load of manure. The Sith Lord loathed the sisters, and now took great delight in denying them their indulgences. The last port did not have a good selection of consumables. Sinistra was clearly paying the price for it now, as she made her way to the cockpit, to look over the sensor array.

"We are not stopping. According to the sweeps, we have 2 more days in this system and then we move to the next. The next supply window is...two and a half weeks from now."

"Unacceptable!"

"Not my problem. The instructions on this trip were clear. We are out where there are no easy hyperspace lanes, there are no easy resupply points. You were informed of this before you signed up. Drink something else."

Rake narrowed her eyes.

"There is nothing that states that we have such a time constraint."

"I do. And since I am in charge on this excursion, you will shut up and like it or we can see who is the better killer. Understood?"

The vocoder crackled with malice as she spit her words at the taller woman. Rake stalked off as Sinistra sank into a chair. This ship was getting smaller by the day.

Well, Arisa no longer felt small anymore, as the Jedi Master who had all called them revealed herself to be a tiny thing no bigger than her thumb. The female's aura was very strong though, burning brightly with the Force. She wondered if the intensity was just raw output, or a result of having such power concentrated into such small frame. This called for some research after the conclusion of this gathering.

The other Jedi present identified himself as Echani, but could have guessed that on her own without him speaking a single word. They were a common sight on Kiribi and the sector. Suravi herself was married to an Echani, so she had a mixed family that spanned across two systems. He asked a good question requesting details of the ship. Aside from the information provided in the original message, she had little idea about what they were looking for, or why exactly.

"Arisa
Yune," she announced to everyone present. "Yes, what's so special about this ship?"

Sheila watched the two of them there as she spoke. "The ship is ancient and special and it was lost leaving Cularin after the darkstaff was on it before Cularin disappeared. From what reports are left it is said that the ship is a nexus of the darkside infected and created from the power of the darkstaff taking it over to find Cularin and a source of force energy for the darkside." She stayed there watching them with her hands on her hips ready for any of the things smiling. "The ship is supposed to be a slave ship but it has not been seen for a very long time. If this is it the theory is that it might have been damaged and unable to go to hyperspace or was just drifting through the space between systems." She moved over and sat on the girls shoulder with a look at both of them. "we'll go and check it out, if it is really the ship we'll see if it can be recovered or find a way to stop it. amobile darkside nexus that was created with the darkstaff is not something we want the sithto be able to get their hands on."

As Arisa introduced herself, “Taiden, son of Keth, born to Wodenstam, padawan of the Silver Jedi Order.” Taiden repeated the bow to Arisa as a matter of course.

Seeing Master’s sat atop shoulders for another might have been a curious sight, but Taiden took it with no more than an adjustment of where his eyes would fall to watch. She did however have remarkable dexterity, something the Echani admired from Matsu too in their working time together.

While Kei might have said why not simply shoot the ship from space, Taiden was considerably more drawn to force study, a worrying Keth family trait at times if he happened onto the wrong material one day! “Master would it not be wise to fully catalog this opportunity. Force nexus’s in space would present ample opportunity for ongoing study and research of exposure over time in a contained area.”

Keen silver eyeds, standing with graceful balance, he did seem eager in how he tensed the balls of his feet, but his voice remained at a level tone throughout. Keen scholar to the last, if anything drew Taiden out of his shell it was the promise of studying force rarities and relics!

59 Days into the Expedition

They hit an area of space where they had a short jump to a hyperspace lane. Tomorrow, they should be pulling into the Wheel in order to resupply before they took the leads that were off in a different direction than the previous set of rumors.

Rake and Zola had hit Sinistra's last nerve. She questioned if the pair of sisters were truly needed for this mission and the logistics of murdering both of them and just replacing them with her team. At least then she would get a moment's peace from the incessant whinging.

However, pulling her team to keep her company on this endeavor would remove her eyes and ears and cripple her ability to monitor the larger political wranglings. As much as they might be a boon to whatever final confrontation she would face, the cost was not worth it. Besides, the Sith witches were expendable and her carefully built team was not.

Fela was just concluding their briefing, her face pale and blue on the holo.

::I've sent the supplies you requested to the Wheel, they will be ready to load as soon as you dock so you are not delayed.::

"Anyone sell that god awful swill those harpies drink?"

::Three vendors. I'll send you the shops.::

"Joy. Anything else?"

::I believe Lorta has a few things she needs your approval on but she has not shared with me what they are.::

"I'll get in contact with her."

::Very good, sir. You sure you don't need us at the Wheel?::

"Quite sure. I have no plans to engage the pair, just to observe. I need to verify the tip myself."

::Yes, sir.::

"I'll contact you after I've looked into it. Carry on with the other things we discussed. Dismissed."

The coms went dead and she sat back, her fingers stroking her chin. This stop might be interesting. At least more interesting than the current sensor sweeps of forgotten systems in the far reaches of the galaxy with a pair of nagging hags anyway.
