SETTING INFORMATION
  • Structure Name: IGR Seltos branch
  • Classification: Bank branch
  • Location: Seltos
  • Affiliation: IGR Brokerage
  • Accessibility: Open to the public
  • Description: Build in an abandoned temple, the IGR Seltos branch features mostly blue-purple stonework in its architecture, sourced from local quarries when the new temple next to it was being built. As is usual with IGR branches that occupy multiple levels in the same building, retail banking services are on ground floor, vault in the basement, realty and insurance occupying the upper floors. As such, it is otherwise not much different from an ordinary bank branch as far as the layout is concerned, no more than its size. Of course, the bank branch wouldn't be complete without its staff: it features about a dozen teller stations handling loans, wealth management and other more complex items, and about 50 employees total.

SECURITY
Low; a squad of BX-series commando droids, generic alarm systems in the vault

HISTORICAL INFORMATION
When the Alliance sought to rebuild a Jedi enclave on Seltos, IGR did not delay and got to work getting the abandoned temple next to the proposed site of the Jedi enclave bought and repurposed, while being also the general contractor assigned to build said Jedi enclave. It became clear, while the enclave was being built, that the local residents were under-served by the financial industry, such as a bank, but also insurance and realty, so the customers readily came to that branch upon opening, and even staying on with the bank as customers well after the Alliance's fall. It was also around that time that insurance became a nightmare for Seltos, and both ways: not only there was an influx of customers, there was also an influx of insurance claims, too.
