In the context of M'haeli this office specializes in off-world properties, and off-world clients. Nevertheless, since this office is located in Alliance space, the majority of the off-world clients and properties sold through this office are in Alliance space, as is typical of real estate offices.
History: When Ugohr Poof began making attempts at recruiting new Jedi from unemployed Force-sensitives on M'haeli, one of these new recruits asked what Jedi could do to reduce their financial footprint on Alliance finances. As a result, Ugohr effected the purchase of a failing real estate office so that this new recruit could experiment on his new idea of how to apply Jedi precepts to the running of a business location. Also, with the purchase of that office, IGR Brokerage gave the planet greater access to the Galactic Multi-Listing Service. To this day, said Jedi still runs the location, even as higher management has changed in the wake of what happened with the former owner on Chandrila.
