Description: The Arcadia-N-30 office comprises a lot of local wood veneers alongside other eco-sensitive materials for outfitting furniture on the office, which comprises nearly 70 realtors on-site, making it one of the largest real estate office locations in Wild Space. Great care has also been made to provide ferns from the local flora, as well as appropriate decors so as to provide a pleasant working environment for the realtors working in the two-story building, where the realtors work on the ground floor and all the support staff work upstairs.
History: The Arcadia-N-30 office was built when the Kathol Outback authorities convened a trade show on Arcadia-N-30 in an attempt to solve the Kathol Outback's economic problems of being isolated from the rest of the galaxy. Several corporations contributed to the trade show: Star Tours, Ringovinda StarYards, IGR Brokerage, among others, with the last one signing a contract to connect the Kathol Outback's real estate market using the GMLS on a provisional basis. They wasted no time hiring what realtors they could to make good on the contract signed with IGR, with Kathol residents being able to shop for properties across the galaxy.
