Description: The AG-4 is the direct descendant of the AG-2G quadlaser cannon used centuries ago by many freighters and vessels such as the Lanser-class frigate. Like its predecessor, it excels in anti-fighter duty making it a good choice as point defense on capital ships. It also can be used very effectively by vehicles as a main weapons battery. The new design revolves around the triple muzzle configuration. Each outputting more power than the originals making the three barrel configuration, as powerful as the older four muzzle AG-2G. The frame and chassis of the weapon are made of Alusteel making it very durable and light giving the turret superior protection from starfighter scale weapons and allowing it rapid transit and tracking.
