Strengths:
Improved Speed - because of the vessels hollow internal space much of the mass has been removed making the vessels thrust much more efficient.

Very poor firepower both offensively and defensively. - Because of the internal space being dedicated to hanger space much of the internal power and capacitance systems needed for larger weapon systems is not present giving the class very light armaments.
Description: The Ton Falk-class is a reproduction of the centuries-old vessel by the same name. Often known simply as an Imperial Escort Carrier, The Ton Falk accompanies starships and deploys additional attack craft to assist the larger vessels attack wing.
Design: Like other IFW warships the hull plating of the ship is made of EMNERA reactive hull plating. this enables the hull to be much thinner while retaining the strength of much thicker armor plating. A single ISD-72x deflector shield generator dome is positioned amidships giving the ships a wide shield bubble for good defense. Six Proton-8 reactors are positioned in the aft section above the four large modernized Creveld-4 radial ion drive funnels. each reactor is built into its own ejectable casing to prevent damage to the vessel upon a reactor meltdown or explosion.
Armament: The offensive firepower is very light as most of the internal area is dedicated for hanger and storage space. Six dual turbolasers are mounted on turrets and arranged so four can cover both aft and fore fire arcs and all can cover the flank fire arcs. Six retractable Quad Missile Launchers give the Ton Falk-class some offensive and defensive capabilities with their variable warhead systems and fast tracking. These launchers are placed on the dorsal and ventral forward section while the other two are placed on the aft dorsal hull. Bolstering the very light defensive armament of the ship are ten hexlaser turrets and ten CIWS turrets which give the vessel some protection against attack craft and incoming projectiles.
Compliment - The Ton Falk was designed to ferry a full wing of seventy-two starfighters and launch them in support of other vessels in battle. The vessel has three main hangers which open into space. A large Main hanger id positioned on the prow of the vessel opening forward. This hanger houses four squadrons of fighters and any shuttles of visiting vessels which may be aboard. Two additional hangers on the port and starboard flanks of the starship house a squadron each which generally is made up of heavier fighters or bombers. Multi-tiered rack systems provide rapid deployment of TIE series attack craft which can be mounted and stored on the hangers rack system. Room for a small garrison of eight hundred troops is located on the forward dorsal section of the vessel. Training and exercise rooms along with storage for the garrisons weapons and equipment including light vehicles and armor is located amidships aft of the garrison housing section. Deployment of this garrison is very slow due to the limited shuttle capacity of the vessel.
