Description: As like most starfighters, the Hawk could out fight a bomber, and do some damage to a capital ship, but could not out fight interceptors. This particular fighter did however have some protection from Ionised weapons, though not from direct hits. It was designed as a strike fighter, allowing it to get close and do straffing runs against captial ships. It could also escort bombers in, as they made there runs. Whilst it could not hurt a captial ship by it self, it can augment the attacks from bombers. This was by disruptor torpedoes, as they make defelctor shields more vunerable to attack. Also due to possiblity of proximity ion torpedoes, it was also given, ion defend circuitry, though they coud not take a direct hit.
