Thraxis
The Damn-Forged
This is a place to feel safe. A home for those who are inept, who no longer can adapt to the modern changing of society, or so some would say.
This is the Hutt Cartels Mental Institution, its walls are plain and white, formed from duroplast, nothing to distinguish one wall from the roof, or the floor, an empty blank room with the only way to keep your mind in tact is the sense of your feet gripped to the ground. Its walls padded to keep the insane from feeling the sweet relief of death. That is but one of the many rooms.
The outer perimeter is guarded by walls upwards of 20 feet high, 14-inches wide each one guarded by a dozen Hutt Guards, its plain structure incapable to scale as even the bugs that crawl on Kintan fall off the sides. The wall extended around the entire perimeter of 2 Hectares, guarded by Turrets every Kilometer and always maned by at least a dozen guards at each Turret. In the center is the Jewel, a large Hospital filled with the insane, the mistreated, the feeble and the useless all crammed into one big building. It had three tiers, the first tier was were the useless were, all wandering around like mindless zombies, mingling with the feeble who sparsely populated each tier of the building, it also housed the cafeteria.
The Second Tier held the Mistreated, the ones who would could be redeemed, if they proved themselves worthy or could re-adapt into society, though if they failed they would become apart of the feeble ranking, forever to be incarcerated in a dull place, where routine is everything, and an almost bulwark to the chaos of the outside world. And on the pinnacle resides the insane, those who had seen horrors, those who had witnessed death and decay all around them and their fragile minds had snapped, no patient was the same. Some had multiple personality to cope with their lives, others would bite and grab at any and all that even breathed in there directions and others who have been snapped from horrendous torture.
At the roof is the landing pad, the only way into the area, though one could always escape by scaling the walls stairs and jumping of the edge, one of the only ways to be embraced by that sweet breath of death. Outside the Hospital that controlled half the area was the barracks, where those who were stationed in this place would go about their lives, safe away from the lunatics that mindlessly wandered the area around the hospital. This is where they keep their armory, though to get into would require getting the keys, held by high Members of Staff within the abode.
Another building outside is the Nurses and Doctors station, where the Nurses and Doctors can come back to talk about their patient, whether to try and help them, or just laugh at their patients suffering, and in its basement held the Drugs, each nurse and Doctor had a key for it, though each key as one half, A Doctors key and a Nurses would have to be used together to unlock the drugs for the patients. Now the final piece to this stasis place, was the rest of the outside, the area between the Hospital and the Walls, it was filled with vibrant life, one that never judged those who tugged at the flowers, plants flourished due to a strict system of watering the plants, the only point of change in an other wise place frozen in routine.
Of course, this place never intended for a certain prisoner to know about this. It was all elaborate, expensive and costly to build and develop, to create this place with the Hutts money meant that Thraxis needed to get every drop of value he could out of it.
And this is where you would find you self, [member="Lady Kay"], unaware of what is going to occur, or what has so far. You are at the Apex, in your own personal cell, no bars to keep you in, no, only a small door made of metal with two slits in it, one to give you food and another to see you through. In the uppermost corner is a small camera, one that is in every room and building, which all redirects back to the Barracks, hidden behind a door made of Durosteel, their was always at least 4 people in their, one for each tier of the building, and for the cameras on the walls that were both inside and out.
[OOC: Lady Kay you are on the top floor. In a standard room.]
