They are able to easily hook up to a spaceship or vessel, utilizing the most powerful Squib Tractor beams in the known 'verse for tugging. It is capable of traversing across different environmental conditions, including underwater submersion up to 1000 meters. It is highly adaptable through solarium technology and advanced fuel system that barely register any ion emissions. When utilizing [SIZE=10pt]Tibx[/SIZE] as a fuel source, the ion emissions cool quickly much like that of a Stealth X. Can use a variety of fuel cell power converters via an Omni Scoop.
- Defenses and Safety Protocols: These Tug vessels follow the same intensive safety protocols with double shielding on their MTX Fuel Containers and the Vessel itself. They are made to easily jettison their fuel pods in the event of an emergency and deploy automatic fire extinguishers in order to provide safeguards to ensure their sturdy design. Advanced Fuel canisters and Fuel Cells provide a reduction of risk from energy, emp/ion, and moderate kinetic damage, with the ability to jettison if necessary and utilize solar energy for back up power. All other electronics are reinforced with [SIZE=10pt]Plastiray[/SIZE] for protection in the event of an EMP, electronic surge, or ion event. Double hull reinforced with Alusteel and Agrinium provide advanced protection to the crew. It has one mining laser for emergency situations with debris or similar.
Weaknesses:
- Not enough Pew: These HS Omni Tug vessels are not made for combat. They are intended for ease of mobility in serving as a tug service to various starships, vehicles, or vessels in a variety of environments. They have a singular mining laser to help remove debris, but by no means is it adequate for extended offensive combat.
- Fuel Cell Canisters: Sustained focused damage may crack or break the containers, resulting in the potential detonation of any flammable, explosive, or unstable fuel stored inside it. If the shields fail and these portable energy collectors are hit, each canister may cause quite a destructive explosion on par with a thermal detonator.

Seeking to participate in a bid for Kuat Drive Yard's Joint Medium Support Ship Program, Haven Shipyards with the support of Arceneau Trade created a fuel efficent and sturdy design that exemplified the known safety protocols and standards that the conglomorate has.
