The Black Prophet of Balagoth
The Bubble of the Lost has a unique Time Dilation effect, making the time stream within it independent from the time stream outside of it. So five years can be experienced inside, when outside only one has passed.
However, likewise one year could pass through inside, and outside twenty years has passed. So there will be multiple foundries placed within it in the hopes we'll get a huge payload of ships from some of the stations for the Primeval, even if some of them won't be productive.
Essentially, it's a Star Forge, but its production rates are inconsistent, and when it gets bad it's REALLY bad
