• Postive Personality Traits: brave, caring, astute, authoritative, driven, street-smart, selfless, questions authority, introspective, technically-minded
• Negative Personality Traits: rebellious, uncouth, short-fuse, authoritative, deep-seated sadness, no formal education (not book smart) fearful (sometimes) old in the head (underestimates young people often unless they have proven themselves)
• Motivations/Goals:
• Long-Term: Protect the people he cares about, secure a future for himself and his friends
• Short-Term: Secure better living and working conditions for his miners and their families
