Kuat, a beautiful world filled with beautiful people. He had been here for several Days now performing his show for the various Nobles that controlled the world. He had even briefly met the new Queen! Though it had only been in passing. All in all however Nikolai had been enjoying himself here on the greatest manufacturing planet, though that enjoyment would now likely come to an end. He had business to attend to here.
So now, he sat within a high class Cantina several hours after one of his shows. On the table was his backpack, filled with all sorts of tricks and traps...and two lightsabers. The first was his own, a saber-staff designed and created by the Magician itself, the weapon had almost as many tricks as Nikolai himself...though he had yet to find a chance to use it. The other lightsaber belonged to a Sith the young magician had fought with several weeks ago, he had kept it to serve as a reminder himself, a reminder to never let someone run rampant again.
Neither of the weapons mattered much now however, as they were completely irrelevant to the mission that his Master had given him. His Master of course was Selena Halcyon commander of the Jedi Shadows...although that was supposedly a secret. Selena had sent him on a supposedly very important mission.
She had tasked him with the retrieval of an old Sith Artifact. Supposedly it was not dangerous at all, but just difficult to get to. The Artifact was owned by one of the premier Kuati nobles, a man that supposedly had a big hand in running Kuat Drive Yards...or at least he used to from what Nikolai could gather. The man now spent his days perusing bars, visiting shows, and making love to hookers. It was a nice life really, and the Magician could hardly blame him for doing it.
However that didn't change Nikolai's mission. He was here waiting for the man, a sort of “after the show” meeting. Apparently the man was a great fan of Nikolai's and meeting him was a dream come true.
Of course the young Magician saw this as nothing more than an opportunity. He would meet the man, have a few drinks, and then steal the keycard to his apartment then later sneak in and steal the artifact. It was a simple plan, which Nikolai had been told were the best kinds of plans. So he simply waited for the man, tapping his fingers on the table in a rhythmic motion.
