Nerius
Iron Knight
Nerius stood in the first of many additional rooms that would be added to the Hall of Mastery: the Meditation Room. Though it was named such, that was strictly for those to know that it was the Force training room. It wasn't strictly made for meditation.
Against the walls lay target sensors, so those whom utilized physical aspects of the Force could have practice hitting their marks. In the center of the room was a small pedestal that would raise when activated, putting the adept high into a box built in the ceiling, so they could see nothing happening in the room, which allowed them to train in skills such as Force Shadow or Far-Sight.
It was a state of the art room for things that time immemorial had procured.
Leaving the room, Nerius headed to the library, which stood an astounding 64 feet high, with databanks that reached almost as tall. The information stored within was all that could be allocated. Not simply Sith history, but that of each planet, amassed intellect of Factions which had laid claim to domains over the centuries.
Nerius was not biased. He wanted all the information that could be obtained.
Then across the floor he noticed a shadow zoom by, one of a large avian form. Glancing up he spotted Cloudbreakers form as she gently floated down before himself. Nuzzling her Master with her beaked head, he patted her affectionately. In a matter of just weeks, she had gone from a few feet in height to nearly 8, with a wingspan of around 16 feet. It was the main reason the building was so massive; if Nerius was going to utilize the Wind Raiders as police, he needed room for the more agile breeds to enter.
It was still a bit cramped for them when fully grown, but it allowed swift entrance for their riders if the need ever arose.
Returning to his walk, Nerius smiled at the Fleft-wauf as it followed beside him, "Where is your Beta? I have not seen him today. Is he still hunting? Or has he found another female to try and hassle?" She cocked her head at him, and he chuckled, "Hassling. Gotcha."
As they neared the exit, he watched her lithe form take flight and leave through the large window carved into the wall overhead. She landed on the platform just past the door to wait for him. Once they were reunited he grinned, "Why must you always bother me? Don't you have a life?"
She looked down, sagging a bit, as if saddened that she bothered him. Patting her wing he chuckled, "Relax, I am joking." Instantly she brightened and squawked at him.
"Fly then. Show me what your made of!" As soon as the words were out of his mouth, the large predator shot for the edge of the platform and took flight. As she swooped, dived, barrel rolled and so many other things, Nerius wondered if Sage would show. He had sent the Lord a request to come and look over his process.
He did not know if he was doing things properly. Should a Will attempt to move so swiftly? Would the Emperor be angry? He simply wanted another's opinion, and he only knew Sage really. They had been near each other during the invasion...
