Homecoming

Two days later, Xardus's energy finally began to dim out. Fearful for his life, Sadrion bade him to stop, and he did, immediately retreating back into his inner self. Getting up from the ground, Sadrion walked over to th machine and examined the yellow crystal. It was just a little over the size of the one in Xardus's faher's lightsaber, and radiated power. Grinning, he picked it up and began to forge th lightsaber at last. The various pieces floating inches from his face, they slowly began to blend together into one weapon.

Time seemed to fly by me as I now had four sabers. And this time, I would be keeping all of them. The red saber was still in my hands two days later, only now that it was off. It was old. In fact, older than my great-great-grandfather. Hell, it was older than the YT-1300 that I owned. I wondered how my father had fallen. At first I thought that the man had been evil to the core, always been a sith, when the truth was that he was a Jedi once. Now that I think about it. Almost all of my heritage had been a little flip floppy with the force and their choices.

The lightsaber in my hand was the one used by the "Dark apprentice" a Clone of my family that was under the thumb of a Sith lord. Only did later a Rouge clone break away from the rest and fight the Sith Lord, and defeated him. Now that I look at this saber, Do I realize that my Calling is to bring others to the light, Yet did I bring Xardus and his alter ego to the dark side. Only time would tell if later I could bring him back.

The room went dark. Then, as if the sun had just come up, a bright yellow light filled the space. In it's wake, a mischievous grin. His lightsaber finally finished, Sadrion raised the blade high into the air, a symbol of his power. Donning his mask once more, he walked out and sought out the master. "Shaw! I have completed the weapon! Show yourself!"

I smiled as the hum of a lightsaber could be heard in the other room. It had taken about 5 days to do the job, and it was good that he spent that much time on it. But now to test it. As the door was opening I jumped and used the force to change my bodies integrity to walk upside down on the ceiling. I was so far up in the expansive place that Xardus looked as though he were only 2 feet tall. Smiling I activated my own blade as I let myself drop with a slash to the man's head. The crimson saber used as a weapon that would test this new saber.

So, combat it was then. His eyes flaring as red as the blade, Sadrion slashed his own saber upward to stop the other. He used such force that there was a serious chance of it throwing the master back. Grinning, he channeled lightning into his weapon as the two blades made contact.

I smiled as the blue tendrels of lightning encompased the yellow blade with such anger. Only I would not allow that to be used against me. Sadrion swung up at me and as I did I caught the saber with my left hand. Only to smack away the yellow saber with my crimson blade and back swipe as I altered my mass once more to stand on the door frame that he had just come from.

"I shew thyself to ye." I said jokingly as though I were a man from the ages that were long forgotten.

Jumping back, Sadrion threw two balls of fire at Darren, following with a mighty throw of his lightsaber. Smirking at his reference to old duels, he patiently waited for the weapon to return to his grip, he passed this time by letting loose a torrent of lighting. He seemed intent on proving his superiority in the force.

Smiling I had ran backwards up the wall as two fire balls were sent my ways. Avoiding them, only to leave scorch marks on the walls. Smiling Sadrion had not thought to Xardus' memories of how I could expertly control lighting. As I jumped over the saber and him. I was adjusting my mass again to normal gravity as I had absorbed the lighting with ease into my left hand. Only to take it and formed it into a ball. and send it back with a push of the force. Smiling as whatever he may do, the little ball of energy would blow up.

Sadrion gave a wicked smile as he threw the lightning at the master... Until he realized it was headed straight towards him. Hi eyes growing wide, he quickly brought up his lightsaber to block the attack. Surely rnough, the ball of lighting exploded on impact. His armor absorbed the majority of the blow, but he still was blown back a few feet. He woul make sure not to make the same mistake. Charging, he used Xardus's knowledge of Juyo to do a quick series of slashes at the man's chest.

I smiled at how the man was blown back. His armor may have protected him, but there was something lingering that he did not know. As the yellow saber came in for the Juyo form that I have used for many years longer. I blocked the slashes with one hand with the Shien form in the reverse grip in my hand. As one of the last strikes came to me I held the saber there in a lock as I sent a single finger of black energy at the man. Even from this close, He would be hard pressed to avoid it.

Sadrion was intent to press on with the fight, but Xardus had once again woken up, and was in fear for his life. Not knowing of the armor or his own abilities, he took control of his body for a brief second, flinging Darren back and quickly putting his lightsaber away. "STOP!" Almost immediately after the words escaped his mouth, Sadrion resumed control. The obvious fear in the man's eyes were replaced by pure hatred. Xardus had finally fought back.

At the very last second it seemed as though Xardus was already fighting back. I smiled as this would continue to go on. The black energy that started at the man was directed away to hit the Dark obsidian chair. The finger dissipated into nothing as I smiled.

"We are done here."
