Homecoming

[Junko Ike]

Location: Dathomir

She had been here before, with the empire long ago when she was a fresh face recruit and her squad had been trying to force the people to submit. As they were being attacked by rancors she was knocked out and taken by a large spider with a few others into caves. The nightsisters had been observing her and let her loose but not free to be there with them. She learned and saw what the empire was trying to do to them as she sympathized with someone trying to force others out of their homes. Her family and loyalty was on Astrisia but she understood and was able to receive some training being an unofficial sister.

 

[Lavania]

The world of Dathomir was a strange place but as the spider clan continued to work on rebuilding they had been restoring what was their's. Large walls constructed with metal reinforcing them under ground and homes connected into the cave network. Theirs slave homes were full with ones for the clan and children had places to play with the large bonfire in the center while she was walking to come and see their wayward siter she had called for. The mother was telling them in the caves what to do and slowly she moved out of her shack overseeing the compound and crossed her arms. "Welcome home little sister."

She could hear the voice from the ship as she landed, still the same and they had always known when she was there. A problem as a soldier but as a jedi it was usually good that they knew you were coming. Helped ease tensions sometimes and let people be ready or willing to talk. For now though while she was going forward her attentions were on the place being built. She had heard the old nightsisters compound had burned to the ground and now thre was a new one being built as she looked over the ones there letting the ichor in her flask hum with the power at returning home.

 

[Lavania]

She could feel her closer now and was walking to meet the lost sister as she finally rose up exiting the compound while the sounds of the rancors roaring were coming into the air. "Welcome home my dear." She had a smile on her face though while walking forward with her staff tapping the ground. "It does me good to see you again." She motioned towards the stones and sat down straightening her headdress before speaking again. "We have been rebuilding since your departure, do the atrisians still appreciate you my little sister?"

"The Atrisian empire has fallen." She had been there and proud but there wasn't much else her family did, the empire had fallen and become just another galactic empire... then bit off more then they could chew and fell to the fringe as their newest conquest. It was a sad day and she had moved off world to find something else she could work on while she sat down near the elder sister. "Though after a while they did not, it became more and more about one sides goals and wants. Selfish was sad but sitting here now she could hear the sounds of the rancors. "But come lets talk about better things, you have rebuilt from the ashes I see."

 

[Lavania]

"That is saddening to hear, the falling of anything is never helpful to those within it. Usually only those at the top make out well if they survive. Kiyala made out with our totems and we have been having to rebuild them." She was thumbing the shaft of totem around her neck, the remains of the large spider queen they had found and gotten to work with them. Built and enriched with the magics of the nightsisters as her thoughts came to the girl. "This will be for you, as you seem to have lost one home know that you always have a home here with us little sister." She was presenting the bone. "It should be able to sit on your saber as an ornate display to those who do not know our magics and it will protect you.."

Junko looked at the elder sister and had a small smile on her face when she was being offered the totem. Her hands taking it and nimble fingers feeling it and the magics. The piece was made to fit on the nightsisters staffs she could tell with the circular hole in the center while she could feel more of it. Her mind was forming some thoughts of what she could do with it while she was letting herself enjoy the feeling of it. "This is... wonderful big sister thank you." She was smiling and laughing for herself now though as an idea came to her but she looked around. "Is there anything I can do to help out here?"

 

[Lavania]

"No I do not need much help, we are rebuilding and our people are flourishing." She had a grin though on her face rising up and holding her staff out as her totem was on it. She wasn't going to deny the webs were a powerful piece of equipment to have on their staffs. Slowly though she started walking. "We will contact you little sister though should we need your help, or the help of your friends but I imagine we shall get enough from the mandalorians as time permits."

Junko looked at her older sister and bowed her head in understanding and agreement. The look though at the totem as she was thinking about what she had on the ship was well worth it before she had a few thoughts. :Thank you for everything and I shall come and check back with you as well as keep my eyes open for the totem's." SHe would have to and bowed meeting with some of the others while they were there starring. Some of the marking on them showing the more primitive nature of the spider clan before she was finally heading back to the ship and her lightsaber. Taking it and incorporating the bone on the hilt with the other crystals and she was working on the hilt as it curved making sure the setting for it was proper.

 

[Lavania]

The watched her little sister leave while the thoughts were in her head but going around there was a look on her face. With he others there as she looked at some of the babies they had managed to get and not just fed to the rancors for being male. As some of the different things were going on Lavania moved with them joining in the dancing around the large bonfire they had going into the night before they were moving off and on. "Yes celerate we have more babies within the clan."
