The skies of Coruscant were filled with fireworks as starfighters streaked above Voli's old school. Numerous people were dancing outside of the entrance of Coruscant High thanking their liberators. However, Voli knew that it was trading one genocidal to another. But somehow the liberators would be even worse people if that was possible. "Of course it's possible," Voli thought going through the students celebrating while keeping her head down. "It's the Sith. They always have a tendency to make things worse."

Some of the jubilant students seem to have hailed from the Sith worlds. No way would the Coruscant natives would ever be okay with the Sith taking over. "Is this how you kill freedom?" Voli thought her small hands clenching into fists. "With thunderous applause?" Maybe Voli was telling herself that these people who were celebrating came from Sith planets. The Galactic Empire were real pieces of work and Voli read online that they've tortured and publicly executed any dissenters. They even transformed Coruscant High School into an indoctrination place based on the criteria that Voli found when she hacked into the school's mainframe.

Ever since, Voli landed on Coruscant, she was hit multiple tremors in the Force. The planet had gone through hell and she could see in the face of the people she walked past. They needed liberation but one that made sure that the people would be helped rather than be stomped on. "I came here since my Master: Dreidi Xeraic Dreidi Xeraic told me to make a difference and to keep fighting." Voli thought. "I'm just trying to follow her example."

Voli couldn't find her parents. In fact when Voli tried to contact her parents at their house, she found out by the new occupants that they moved off planet. Where they moved, they did not know but Voli will find them. For now, Voli needed to get her friend: Zoey Bradiss Zoey Bradiss out of here. "If I can find her." Voli thought. "School had just started despite the celebrations. Maybe I can sneak into a class."

Zoey had been in her room for the next few days over the weekend, more than trying to go on hockey training, she tried for follow the developments of the planets change of rule. Young as she was, her biggest concern have been the hockey and that their family would still be able to stay and live at their current apartment, the same school and the same friends. She wasn't that into politics, more than Daiya Daiya had introduced her to in Darkwire. She wasn't dumb, though. The world was changing, and so were them as the months and years went by. She missed her sister, but stayed strong close to her parents and friends.

This day started out as just another day, pancakes byt the breakfast table and then off to school bumping into some friends on the way. As the planetary rule was changing, school was still going on and trying to adjust on the day of change. Zoey stood in front of her locker, gathered her books and headed of to the first class of the day, history class.

Zoey gathered her books on her table as she sat down and tried to focus on the teachers words, as always. She rather wished she'd been out on an hover blade hockey rink right now, instead, tackling and shooting some thoughts out of the way.

The inside of the school thankfully looked the same aside from the Sith Banners hanging from the ceiling. Gone were the security guards wearing their simple blue uniform and were replaced with Stormtroopers fully armed and vigilant for signs of trouble. Thankfully Voli knew how to mask herself using the Force. She hasn't mastered the art of turning invisible but that was something she was working on. For now using the Force to blend in with the shadows was the best bet. As Voli moved through the hallway, she saw many students just going about their daily business as if they weren't being occupied by the Sith. What was going on? Why were people so apathetic? Voli knew that people had their ways of dealing with trauma, but she hasn't sensed any distress from any of the students.

"Have I come all this way for nothing?" Voli thought. "People just don't care that the blasted Sith have occupied Coruscant."

Maybe their parents had struck deals with these overlords. It was just that Voli thought that there were people who would hate the Sith. She recalled many students who would say that their siblings, friends, or parents were killed by Sith especially during the Hyperspace War. Voli's violet eyes then fell upon Zoey Bradiss Zoey Bradiss who entered History class. Her heart skipped beat. That was her and it looked like she was okay! A big grin forming on her lips, Voli slowly approached the classroom closing her eyes and used Force Speed to zip past the students and right onto the seat next to Zoey.

"Hey Zoey," Voli whispered. "It's me Voli! Are you okay? Are you hurt?"

Voli sighed, Zoey was her best and only friend she had. She accepted her for who she was and it was something Voli was eternally grateful for. "It's so good to see you again." Voli smiled.

Zoey had fallen into daydreams and was sketching on something at the edges of her notebook. The invasion had not yet affected common people, yet. Banners and flags with the Sith emblem, Stormtroopers on the street, other faces of the officials seen on the Holo-Net. No matter who had power over a planet, it would have been very foolish to just purge the chit out of it. At least, that was what she thought, but the risk or becoming a slave underneath the Sith hand wasn't that enticing, either. Zoey had some experience from running with Darkwire and fighting or at least manifesting against the CorpSec. Girls like Daiya did an admirable job on that one, but they also came from completely different backgrounds and the fights felt somewhat distant and unrelateable to Zoey. Stars if the new rulers touched her hockey team and the sports arenas!

"Hey Zoey," Voli whispered. "It's me Voli! Are you okay? Are you hurt?"

''Whoa!'' Zoey exclaimed and jumped a bit in her seat, completely taken by surprise and violently dragged out of her daydream by Voli Cholrass Voli Cholrass suddenly appearing beside her. ''Holy-! Voli?! What are you doing just showing up in the middle of the class like that?! You're half an hour late!'' Zoey exclaimed in a hushed voice not to draw attention to them. ''Of course I'm okay! Why wouldn't I, Voli?? Except I'm not fine with you scaring the chit out of me like that!'' she added and looked upon her friend with worry, but a smile soon emerged upon her lips. ''Don't do that ever again!''

Voli felt her face heating up as if she was being held against a hot pan. She was among her fellow Force Sensitives for so long that she forgot that non Force Sensitives would find it jarring that she was defying the laws of physics. "I remember using the Force to play pranks on anyone who annoyed me," Voli thought. "It was fun."

"Sorry," Voli whispered her eyes darting to the teacher who thankfully didn't notice her yet. "That's not Mr Damber," Voli remarked. "What happened to him? Who's this guy? The way he carries himself...... he looks like a Sith Imperial."

The young woman sighed. "I know this sounds weird," she whispered. "But I'm here to get you out of here. Coruscant is not safe..... well It's never been safe sense the Alliance has been ousted, and the Galactic Empire took over. But trust when I say that the Sith are 100 times worse."

Voli gulped. "I've fought them back in Naboo," she said. "I know what they're capable of."
