Holly Starstorm was born on Corellia, the middle of three sisters in a once-close family. Her childhood was irrevocably altered when her youngest sister was kidnapped, a case that, despite police efforts, yielded no leads and eventually went cold. The tragedy fractured her family: her parents separated under the weight of unanswered questions, her older sister remained on Corellia with their father, and Holly relocated to Coruscant with her mother.
On Coruscant, Holly learned to adapt quickly. She completed high school with distinction and discovered an early passion for journalism and broadcasting while working for her school newspaper. Drawn to the power of information and the responsibility of telling the truth, she enrolled at the University of Coruscant, majoring in broadcasting. During her studies, she distinguished herself through internships at several small news agencies, earning a reputation for diligence, clarity, and emotional intelligence in her reporting.
