DESCRIPTION:
The Heavy Mobile Artillery: Version 1, otherwise known simply as V1, is an exceptionally powerful deterrent of armored, mobile units. The weapon fires artillery shells that, on their own, have the raw power to rip through the hulls of heavily armored vehicles, such as the Republic's own LC-HAT. These shells are also highly charged, so much so that on impact they release massive electromagnetic pulses in the form of shockwaves which are specifically designed to disable enemy armaments, such as droids, tanks, transports, etc. This particular type of charge was tested and utilized with great success during the wars of old and have resurfaced in the common era to do the same! The V1 in its entirety is mobile through usage of repulsorlifts and locks into position through a series of four clamps that are impacted into the ground. Once the shots are fired, the V1 unclamps itself and resumes motion. The unit is entirely automated, relying upon advanced scanners and targeting systems to get the job done.

This looks good, but I'm not so sure I follow how the charge has the necessary explosive ordinance to make it an effective anti-armor round as well as possess the necessary sensitive tech for an EMP blast.

My suggestion would be to split the the charge into two separate ordinances. This lets it fire cheaper, more general purpose explosive or anti-armor shells, or load the specialized EMP charges.
