Rationale: Passed down from Targo's grandfather to his son, who in turn passed the leadership position down to Targo after death.

Description: Hill Holdings is exactly what you'd expect from a Muun: they'd take every single credit you have, but not without honoring their contracts. Just like almost every other Muun, they don't work with a particular governmenti supporting both sides in a war for the Banking Clan's gain. Thus, Hill Holdings is neither a benevolent or malevolent faction; they are out for their own gain, whether they can obtain it by harming people, or by helping them.

The financial group was formed in 760 ABY by Orys Hill, Targo's grandfather, with the hope that one day it will grow big enough to get a seat in one of the highest Banking Clan positions. His son and grandson followed the same goal, attempting to take over the Banking Clan and gain control over the credits flow in the galaxy.
