NOVA
PRESS RELEASE: 170306 A new development in Theed has shed light upon the world of Kenari leading to speculation and rumours among the Nabooian aristocracy! Long since a designated "unhospitable" world in-capable of supporting Humanoid life (due to mining operations conducted by the likes of the K.R.C and their predecessors long before the reformation of the Royal Naboo Republic) the Kenari system has been considered a minor quadrant (located alongside the outer edges of High Republic space) that can be found far away from the turbulence wrought by the Sith Empire alongside the borders near New Cov. However, a newly accepted applicant to a mining consortium (based on Kenari) has led to new levels of scrutiny being invited upon themselves as they welcome an Imperial expat to Triarch. Ella Nova, a new immigrant from Lianna to Enarc, has been welcomed into the fold of the Kenari Resource Compact [K.R.C]: a small mining consortium based in the Kenari system. Nova, a twenty-seven year old female Human from Lianna City, was the source of a minor scandal in the Naboo system after a committee (positioned to oversee the naturalization or repatriation processes in Theed pertaining to refugees from the Second Great Hyperspace War) dully accepted her application to become a High Republic citizen to Enarc after links to the late Imperial Confederation were established and therefore put under extensive review before their controversial decision came to pass. The former Warden Primus, as a former head of the defunct Imperial Corrections Directorate, has been a long-time participant of the Five Veils Revitalization Project acting as the face of the widely unpopular security subsidiary to Wend Maricon called The Tarsai Vigil. Tarsai, who are headquartered on Enarc, were approved by a Five Veils Committee review to form oversight pertaining to security and the running of tariffs or tolls for commercial or civilian usage of the route. Formed two years ago at the height of Wend Maricon's project to revitalize the Five Veils Route, patrol craft belonging to Tarsai are a common sight today despite their unpopular security checks and the "unfair" tolls or tariffs placed upon commercial activities running through the route which have led to calls for the company to be disbanded, dissolved or closed by it's detractors. The Kenari Resource Compact, abbreviated as K.R.C, have welcomed Ella Nova, a twenty-seven year old Human female from Enarc, as the new member to Triarch (understood to be the lead authority within the K.R.C) after citing an application to join following the recent collapse of the Imperial Confederation. Nova, the face of the unpopular Tarsai Vigil, is an Imperial expat based in Enarc and is believed to be an immigrant from Lianna. Alongside as a participant of the Five Veils Revitalization Project (headed by the mysterious Wend Maricon) Nova is a former member of the Commission for the Establishment of Civilian Interests [COMECI] (formerly based in New Aldera) and is reputed to have held the office of Warden Primus (Head of the Imperial Corrections Directorate) for the past two years before stepping down from her role during the Sularen-Von Strauss Administration formerly located in New Alderaan. No comment has yet to be offered pertaining to Nova's decision to step down from her two-year stint in office as the Warden Primus. However, it is understood by sources located in Halquarn District, Lianna City, that the Imperial Corrections Directorate has subsequently been dissolved and therefore closed following the collapse of the Sularen-Von Strauss Administration leading to speculation that that these events, combined with the disbanding of the Imperial Confederation, are consequentially interlinked. The Kenari Resource Compact, a minor mining consortium based in the Kenari system, is made-up of eleven distinct different groups who make-up the overall organisation and it's commercial activities across Kenari. Ella Nova, who was recently accepted into this consortium as a new member to their Triarch Board, is also believed to be a central figurehead within a peculiar non-profit (based in Halquarn District, Lianna City) called Vūm. It was reported that Vūm Investments were the financial backers behind the rejuvenated Santhe Corporation before the death of Eirys Santhe: a deceased twenty-seven year old female Liann industrialist who was recently announced as one of the recent causalities of the Mandalorian-Diarch War on Yaga Minor. It is speculated that the K.R.C's new Triarch member represents the latest investment of Vūm following the tragic death of Eirys Santhe (former CEO of Santhe Corporation) and the collapse of the Imperial Confederation suggesting that the group (headed by the enigmatic Ella Nova) are moving their direction away from politics in the Outer Rim Territories and into the Mid Rim systems predominantly held by the High Republic. The K.R.C have already made waves in Theed recently following the "NO" vote regarding In an exclusive reveal to this press release it can now be revealed that Ella Nova, the controversial Imperial expat from Enarc, is a Force-sensitive Human female and rumoured to have been once-a-upon-a-time member of the JEDI ORDER. In other news, the Imperial Confederation are not the latest government to have collapsed in recent days. Following the end of the catastrophic conflict at Yaga Minor (which led to the annexation of the star system by the Mandalorian Empire and a twenty-four day blockade of other nearby star systems) The Diarchy have also been understood to have dissolved as a political, economic and military power in the Outer Rim Territories. It is speculated that the costly war with the Mandalorian Empire (in the Yaga Minor system) is the largest contributor to the collapse of this one-time power based along the Braxant Run... |
