Description: This massive city was built into a artificially hollowed out mountain on Panatha. Hermaic City is a bustling metropolis amongst the very wild landscape on Panatha. Each district consists of 14-17 blocks of massive buildings. Citizens and cars litter the massive city. The city features two spaceports, many bars, clubs, factories, and homes.

History: The construction of this city was commissioned by the Imperial Senate of the Panathan Empire to be the metropolis Panatha deserves. Once the city finished construction, Panathans from across the planet flooded it's streets, filling each district in a matter of months. Now, the city serves as a major source of income for the Panathan Empire.

There are some things I need you do/fix for this submission:

1. Due to the size of the city (Metropolis) I'm going to need you to do a Dev Thread with at least a minimum of 10 posts.

2. You have your population at 300 million for a city. Pointes of Reference: Coruscant has a population of 1 trillion but the entire planet is one giant city (Galactic City). Also, if you look at the world we live in...China hosts 1.3 billion people (entire country), India hosts 1.2 Billion people (entire country), and the U.S. hosts 316.5 million people (entire country). The first two have sever issues with providing food for their citizens and have a high poverty rate while the third has a high poverty rate and unemployment rate. With that said, you are going to need to change the 300 million number to a more reasonable rate. Google major cities to get an idea of a fair number.

3. You did not mention in your description what they import and export. What is their major import? What is their major export? How do they come about their resources to feed the population? If your city is self-sufficient, what resources do they have to support this? Example: how would they counter famine and unemployment?

4. Description. I won't get into breaking down districts, however, every city has social classes. Rich - poor. What kind of social classes does the city have? Crime rate?

5. Description. What kind of factories do they have (what is produced there)? Perhaps that ties in with what they export or what they need to import.

6. Market District. What luxuries or necessities do these companies provide for the citizens and visitors?
