Lima-17 was one of only a few Lost who survived the catastrophic destruction of Sernpidal, eight-hundred years ago. She was one of the willing volunteers who fought in the Yuuzhan Vong War. Often mistaken for a droid, she was a sentient machine created by the Silentium. Like many of her kind, she was tech-savvy and forged her own weapons. She built this revolver to combat the Vong, using oversized rounds that would stagger the enemy and penetrate their armor.
She fought at both the Fall of Coruscant at the hands of the Yuuzhan Vong, and the recapture of Coruscant. The troopers on the ground admired her feats of bravery and skill, and she became a myth among troopers decades later. Rumors say she put a slug through three Vong skulls with a single shot, others suggest she took out a whole battalion on her own. But that is just rumor.. right?
By the time the dust had settled over Coruscant, Lima-17 had been fatally wounded. As the coolant from her internal systems leaked onto her hands, and her receptors began to shut down, the scared machine curled up against her lover. Her systems began to flare, they overheated and her internal processors were fried. She had died mute, blinded and afraid. The life in her fled, but she had left behind a token of her gratitude to her nameless lover. He had pried the weapon from her cold mechanical hands, and the legend continues.
Using magnetic propulsion, the revolver is effective to one-hundred and fifty meters, but it's raw power comes at the cost of a three-slug barrel, requiring constant reloading in firefights. While the hammer of the revolver allows successive fire, the mass of the slugs makes the weapon harder to handle, and therefore interrupting accuracy. The weapon is best used with a gunslinger hoping for that lucky shot.
