Description:
Heartbeat Boutique is a bit smaller than its sister dance studio, with roughly 157 m2 (~1700 ft2) of floor space with an extra 23 m2 (~250 ft2) of storage space. The layout itself is designed to convey an aura of girlish luxury with delicate glass furnishings and pink themed décor. The walls and floor are a baby pink, accented by touches of powder pink and darker pinks/reds interspersed throughout the store. There are racks of clothes and shelves of accessories arranged neatly, as well as mannequins on display in the front of the store. One section of the back wall is lined with mirrors, with two dressing rooms behind them for customers to use. Off to the left side of the store is a little section for cosmetics and body care. A door on the same side connects Heartbeat Boutique with Heartbeat House Dance Studio through a short hallway.
History:
After developing a pheromone infused clothing line and several pheromone infused lotions with the help of Cerberus Enterprises, Joza decided to create a space to sell them in separately from her dance studio. Purchasing the building space directly next to the current Heartbeat House location in Lianna City, Lianna, Joza converted it into a boutique to sell Heartbeat exclusive products. The space was converted into a cute boutique and furnished in pinks and reds. A storefront window has also been added to advertise the latest styles.
Intent: To create a space for Heartbeat to sell their clothing/body care lines.
