Headquarters: Sriluur, close to the location of the White Palace.
Locations:A shipyards set up in the atmosphere of Srillur, a laboratory set up just outside the White Palace and a small illegal testing facility just outside their HQ.
Operations: Shipbuilding and Weapon Building.
Rationale: The base shipyards was inherited, but the rest all came from the planning of Xander Black Jr.

Description: Loyal to whoever offers the most money, and the Hutt Cartel, Xander Black Jr runs a tight ship. Having odd guards from The Hutt Cartel build up his extra buildings. Okay, lets not get too far ahead here.
The shipyards was inherited from the father of current CEO Xander Black. Black kept these shipyards as a secret, slowly mass producing small fighters, which all got destroyed in a maiden run. However, Black didn't want to stop on just ships. He ordered a few members of The Hutt Cartel to go out and build him some buildings. During this time, Black went on a mad hiring spree, hiring chemists, biologists and whatever else he needed. These guys all moved in, building weapons for the inevitable fights that Xander and The Hutt Cartel would eventually get into.
However, Xander didn't just want to stop with The Hutts, so he opened up shop. Through an express ordering sytem, citizens can order anything from the inventory of Half Angel Inc, apart from illegal weapons and anything to do with his secret operations, of course.
Xander also branched out a little further. He also designed weapons and bullets, and even ships. He was trying to perfect the perfect arsenal for some fights. He wanted to make military grade hardware for the regular citizen. Well, almost military grade. It was still technically illegal, so instead he toned it down a little.
Once his buildings were all complete, Xander opened up to the Cartel about Half Angel Inc. However, he still kept one thing to himself. Operation Holduri was a top secret, security clearance 5 project to build the perfect "human clone" from strands of DNA that they perfected.
