Adder
My life, for yours.
With her skillset and Sullust's hospitality, Adder hadn't found it particularly hard to find a job. Throw in her great intuition and a feel for handling people, and the redhead landed a pretty sweet patrol spot right at the break of dawn.
Doing rounds around the dome was pretty much the only place where the woman found it bearable to do so, and the caress of morning just made it a little better.
The former cop had always been partial to mornings as opposed to evenings, and if she had to choose between staying up late or getting up early, the latter would win any day of the week.
Plus, there was no other time of day where so much amusement could be had. You might wrongfully assume that drunken people trying – and woefully failing – to sneak back into their rooms would be fun, but they had nothing on pople try to sneak out.
Deep down, of course, the redhead knew she shouldn't judge, as she'd been the person to sneak out in the morning more times than she cared to recount, but this didn't stop a smile from splitting her expression as a young thing slipped out some room in the half-light of the dawn, shoes pinched in one hand and cloak in the other.
She hung back for a few seconds, doing her best to walk up to the female figure without alerting her to her presence before greeting her brightly.
"Good morning," she smiled cheerfully, already prepared to have the other woman shoot up two feet into the air.
