+Willpower: Charismatic, and with determination to match, Harald is an incredibly stubborn figure. Unlike some who immediately stop once wealth has been achieved, for Pennypacker it is a long race to the top, and he plans to win. For this, he'll stop at nothing to gain it.
+Well Connected: Money buys people, and influence, and as a multi-billionaire, Harald has accumulated a lot of it. He has acquaintances and friends in the First Order government, major companies, criminal syndicates and in the top legal firms of the Core.

APPEARANCE:
HE Pennypacker has a wirey frame, he's tall, lanky, and his hair is scruffier than any Outer Rim nerf hereder. He's got an eccentric taste in clothing wearing deliberately clashing clothing to dare somone to say something about them. His face his hairless, due to a disdain for beards, and the personal care involved with that.
BIOGRAPHY:
For three centuries the Pennypacker family lived on Dosuun, a relatively remote system. The first Pennypacker to arrive there, was Irvarn Ald, a Space Pirate from the core, who fled to the Outer Rim, and Unknown Regions. The Pennypacker mantle began as a psydonym, but became the familys full name after their accumulation of wealth. In the three centuries since their arrival, the Pennypackers became rich due to investments. At first it was the financing of pirate crews, but later grew into more legitimate enterprises like mining, shipbuilding and agriculture. At the time of his birth, the family was Dosuun's tenth richest.
When Harald turned 30, he changed that to fourth richest man on Dosuun. Harald inherited the family fortune at age 23, after his fathers death, and after a lengthy court case against his stepmother. He invested heavily in Bespin mining stocks, and struck it rich, tripling the families fortune. Harald continued to reap the benefits of such investments, and found the establishment of the First Order a boon for him. With the increase in military production on the planet, and conquests from the Order bringing in trade, Pennypacker didn't mind the new financial restrictions because of the booming economy. Seeing new oppurtunities to make a profit, Harald tied his fortune up in Sienar-Jaemus Fleet Systems, hoping to expand his influence.
