--Force Imbued: with this it has a few set of special effects:
>>Lightsaber proof: this ring is not affected by blows from lightsabers
>>Blaster proof: this ring is not affected by blaster damage
>>Force Tutaminis: this ring is able to passively commit Tutaminis for the wearer. The passive amount that it is able to absorb is mitigating, no more than a few volts or so—less than a third of what your average stun baton brings out. It is not able to absorb the amount of energy something like a lightsaber or a blaster is able to put out.
>>Force Barrier: This ring has the passive ability for minor protection. The extend of this barrier’s protection as a passive ability is very limited, such as to preventing abrasions when sliding down a rough surface, the odd pebble flicked at the character, or the such minor damage that is more so a nuisance than a hazard. This will prevent minor bruises or bumps but has no affect against say getting hit by a speeder, missile, laser, blaster, lightsaber, or sword. With this sort of thing, the ring has no real mitigating affect on damage.
>>Amplifier: when the bearer uses Tutaminis or Force Barrier when they are wearing this ring, they will find their skills greatly amplified. Like screaming through a loud phone makes one’s voice louder, their abilities are amplified. This has to be an act of will and takes some getting used to. A user may find their proficiency doubled—If not tripled by the power of this ring.
>>Neutral Force Aura: After the Force bearing of its master this creation has a neutral force aura. it can be used by both good and bad sides of the Force. However those of the neutral position find the best results.
>>Force User Required: the abilities of this ring requires that the user be a force user
History
Akio wanted to further his practice and mastery of the art of Force imbuedment, and in a very rare moment, he chose his own methods and means to do so. He traveled to Mygeetto where he was able to help liberate the local workers from an extortionist Hutt. In their gratitude, they gave Akio a few shards of their nova crystals, which they had been paid by the factories as a form of currency. Taking these powerful crystals and a few ingots of bronzium, the Chiss went to Tython and drew off the power of the planet to help him craft these rings over a series of several days. The bands themselves are imbued with the power to protect, the Force Barrier. It acts on a low level field, however when they are pumped with the Force for this intent (such as when the wearer wants to cast Force Barrier) it is much stronger, acting as an amplifier for this ability.
The crystal itself (not shown in the image because I couldn’t find a neutral gender ring that had a gem on it) has been imbued with Tutaminis. Like the band, this acts on a very low level until the bearer channels the Force through it as a willful action, amplifying their natural ability.
Given both their location of creation and the series of events leading up to their making, Akio named these rings the Guardians of Tython--each one being a guardian of Tython.
