Description:
The lab will be used to further advance bio-engineering, toxicology, and virology studies that can lead to various creations such as bio-weapons (nothing considered super weapon status: all bio-weapons will have cures), viruses and diseases along with their cures, deadly bacteria and their cures.
The lab is used by Darth Venefica and her had picked scientific team. Outside the team and herself, no other person aboard her warship has access. In the event of a breach into the labs, a fail-safe is then activated and poisonous gases is sprayed through the entire facility. For anyone wearing productive clothes, a secondary fail-safe kicks in a few seconds after the initial spraying of deadly gases, which is an acid based liquid that can eat through most armour and materials.
The lab houses four chambers, which are temperature controlled, where the study of viruses and bacteria can be safely studied; and manipulated to create monstrous results. There are three chambers, also temperature controlled, dedicated to producing cures to their deadly counterparts. Seven slabs, or corpse tables, are present for experimental purposes; and several computers and other science related machines round out the lab. There is a small room where protective clothing rests. It should be mentioned that the doors are made of turadium and has an access panel that requires the user to be subjected to a retinal scan, voice recognizer, and a blood sample.
History:
The Sith Lady knew that in order for her to properly create the fear required to hold the galaxy by it's throat, she needed a special lab to be attached to her ship (under construction). For this, she contacted the puppet owner of her company to ensure such a lab was created.
Next, it came to picking her staff. She drilled any potential candidate weeding out those with morals that didn't match hers, and the doctor that would come to be the head of this department. Any candidate not chosen, was executed to ensure the secrecy of what she was attempting to achieve.
